My Forever Bank
I’ve had my Santander forever, I literally just know I always have it and never felt like it was insecure or I had to worry about, I can’t say that about any of my other banks really. 5 star all around
My dispute letter
I haven’t received my letter yet and can’t wait to get rid of this account. They lied to me. It’s better if they stop asking me for a review.

Stop asking me to review, I already have and you keep asking. Not happy with the service. They asked me to write a review, almost every time I log in.
Never remembers me
It is constantly resetting it never remember my device and i have to type in my username and password every single log in it is frustrating when you’re standing at the checkout counter and there’s a line of people waiting for you to pay.

Blocked from logging in with no explanation
I am once again unable to use the app while abroad where I live and manage all my accounts. Normally I really like the app, but when there are unexplained login errors and no suggestion how to fix them, it is frustrating. I have spent the last many months trying to figure out which settings to toggle and it would work sometimes, but now none of the options I can set will let it log in and it won’t tell me why.
Can’t save password
Generally the app serves the purpose I need. The one annoying thing is the log in process. It always glitches with Face ID and so I have had to disable that. Then it will ask to save my password for login after manually putting it in. I get logged in and click yes. The next time I go to log in with the saved password that I clearly logged in with when it asks me to save; it says the User ID and/or password is incorrect. In this stage of technology, they should be able to get Face ID and saved passwords correct.

Soy cliente desde hace pocos meses, menos mal que la APP funciona bien, ya que el servicio en la oficina es el peor que me he encontrado en mi vida, pensaba que la marca Santander tendría el mismo nivel de calidad que en España, donde estoy muy contento. Aquí, les queda mucho por mejorar, no tardaré en cambiar de banco. Saludos.

Excellent but this version has an error
I use this app everyday and find it excellent. However, the " Earnings since opening" on my Santander 123 Current Account are wrong. Please fix, as I rely on this to keep an eye on my holiday savings!

This is a good bank less branch, comparing to the , chase Bank but Santander is a international bank. Their staff is very nice. When you go to branch. They have to be nice. Thank you.

Not too keen banking here
I do not care for the wait in taking cash out of my account. It makes me lose tract of money spent. The app sometimes shut down with you not having access to your own money. When I was stolen from, Santander’s bank tellers pretended to show interest. I reported the issue and never heard anything back from them, when it was told that they would. I do not enjoy banking here and will not be here for much longer.
