The ID review takes forever. I have waited and waited for the validation to go through. A serious fintech company shouldn’t keep potential client waiting too long for ID verification where there are so many options. You guys should improve.

I am not able to update the app but I keep getting prompted to update the app to complete my transaction. What can I do? I need to make this transaction asap
Wonderful
I tried four apps before this one and this was absolutely wonderful. It was instant they got it right away before I even could ask if they got it they text me before I could even say it. It was perfect and it was wonderful and the fee is very minimal. It was great. I am so excited about this. I’m grateful so grateful. Thank you thank you thank you thank you everyone is gonna love it. It was so easy so quick and oh my gosh, I cannot rave about this enough.
I Do Not Recommend
I do not suggest using this platform. You will have no issues assign your money but once you want to take it out - Beware! You cannot. You will receive error messages and customer service will tell you that it is under maintenance. We have been trying to withdraw for months. Please read the other reviews and you will see the same notes.

Although there were minor functionalities issues, the overall experience was good. The transaction speed was also decent. Compared to other platforms, Afriex stands out.

The app is very good with fast transactions,and it's very accessible,it's a user friendly platform as many been said,but they're been too greedy and they been ripping people off their hard earned with their own greediness of exchanging rates,their rate sucks they need to work on it and give good exchange rates..........

Money stuck in account, no refund after weeks
I recharged $150 in early May, but the money has been stuck in my Afriex account and I cannot do anything with it. I can’t cancel the transaction, I can’t send the money, and I can’t withdraw it. I contacted WhatsApp customer support on May 18 to request a refund, but it has been almost a month and the issue is still not resolved. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Holding a customer’s money with no usable function and no timely refund is a very serious problem. I do not recommend this app until they fix their refund and customer support process.

Ineffective issue management and resolution
Customer support and issue resolution is quite poor and ineffective for a company of this size. It takes forever to resolve issues and it seems the left hand doesn’t always communicate with the right hand leaving the customer in distress for an extended period of time.

Been us by Afriex for a while now, at first it was nice with affordable rates, but making a transaction with them is hell, there’s always an error message popping up then they will ask for some documentations which you have probably submitted a thousand times already, or they tell you there’s a problem with the 3rd parties server, every freaking time I have never had a smooth transaction with them just use LemFi for your peace of mind the extra cash isn’t worth the stress they will put you through

The admin of this app will withdraw ur money to his account and they’ll keep telling u stories, customer service is worst I’ve seen. To avoid story that touches the heart avoid this app. Be warned
