You’d get an advertised rate on your mail and social media spaces. Even when you transact immediately after you got the campaign, the effective rates are nothing as advertised!

I have always been trying to put a pin for my transactions but all the frame of the app is not showing on my iPad. I always find it difficult to move to the next page or to enter pin.

Absolutely disappointing
My funds got stuck while trying to transfer to a Naira account. Kept getting prompt that proxy was detected! I had to go through a proper tech lesson to get money transferred out. Poor experience on the first try and definitely won’t advise anyone to try this! Absolute rubbish, considering I have used Lemonade for years and thought to give another start up a chance.

KYC TEAM IS A MESS
I submitted valid proof of address, but I kept receiving generic responses instead of a practical solution or an escalation of the issue. While I was eventually able to send my money back to my Nigerian bank account, the overall experience caused unnecessary stress and delays. I hope CadRemit improves its KYC process, ensures all supported locations are clearly communicated during registration, and empowers its support team to provide case-specific solutions instead of template responses.
BIG SCAMMERS & LIARS. AVOID THEM
These people are just a bunch of LIARS, THIEVES, and CRIMINALS! 😡 I tried using their platform to receive payment for a remote job and was supposed to get €550 back in November. They’ve been dragging their feet and won’t send my money since the 10th. After waiting forever, they told me to be patient for 60 days before I could get my money. Now, it’s been over 60 days plus, and they’re still yet to send the so-called link to request my alternate IBAN. The excuses are piling up. Everyday one lie or another. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! ❌🚩🚩
Too long
I made several deposits to my CadRemit acct and it wouldn’t deposit my funds. I had to cancel several of them getting charged 3.00 each time. I spoke with your customer service and they placed blame on my bank. I called my bank and asked for push but they tried and couldn’t cuz it was completed it was your app that didn’t update it in a timely manner. 22.00 deposited today after 12 hours of waiting for the deposit. I didn’t appreciate the CS blaming my bank and wasting my time when it was your inability to update my account with the deposit I made.
if you want peace of mind
do not use anything but the CAD and Naira options. if you do, while using the exact details they provide for your ‘virtual account’ you will not be able to receive any money you transfer into that account, and when you contact customer service they will not do anything for you. they will send you the same reply over and over again, trying to make it out to be your fault, but you will repeat the transaction to another platform (not theirs) and it will work perfectly fine. protector your peace and sanity and strictly deal with CAD and NGN alone on this platform. those work fine, except the absurd CAD to CAD transfer charge. i suggest transferring your naira to LEMFI and loosing a couple cents than paying that charge.

Why can’t someone else send me money to my interac account please do well to adjust that feature because it’s not helping I can only send to someone but nobody else can send to me isn’t fair(e-Transfers must be sent from a bank account in the same name as your CadRemit account). This is what i mean please can you make adjustments.
Issue with Capturing ID
Hi CadRemit, I tried capturing my Id for verification of identity but I couldn’t because it couldn’t show my camera, it displayed only a black screen with identification animation from the app. Please fix.
50 for 50
I have been using card remit since 2025 and I have never had any transaction issues I really didn’t believe this 50 for 50 but now I just redeemed my CMT and my 50k is lying pretty in my account. I remain loyal to card remit
CadRemit is a scam
I made a deposit and had to wait 24 hours for them to review. They said there was an issue with their system and that they were going to return the payment. They returned the payment to a different account and a different amount. I need a proof of payment to enable me to get my payment, since the reversal is from a different address. They are unable to provide a receipt for a fee they claim to have returned.

My 100k is stucked in the app I can't transfer to my Bank account neither can I do exchange to other Currency. It keeps telling me continually Access Denied due to suspicious activity. I need customer support to get this fixed. I'm so sad

To be honest it has been an amazing experience with Cadremit customer care response both on email and WhatsApp are superb. Seamless and easy transactions with my Canada and Europe account both for receiving and sending money to my naira account. Love you guys please keep up with your services. Hoping to see you guys giving us a debit card services soon even if it’s a virtual debit card.

The app works but customers service are really slow to respond I don’t recommend it because if it’s urgent you can’t speak to customer service in time

Review (suggestions)
Transaction takes longer to be processed. Hate that I have to use a password everytime on my bank app while sending money to my CADREMIT app. Disappointing that not all deposits are permitted, has to be a minimum of $20. Shouldn’t have such restrictions especially for an app that’s still increasing its clients portfolio. Truth is, sometimes I can do $500, $2,500 or just want yo top off on what I have in my CADREMIT by looking to deposit an amount less than $20 and that’s okay but it’s a sham the app isn’t as user friendly as I thought.

BVN issues

Money transfer and conversion is a very seamless process but the biometrics log in does not work . Everytime you try to log in with Face ID it asks you to input passcode.
