I’ve been using Bamboo for a while now and my experience has been positive. I like the flexibility of being able to save and invest through one platform.

Nice app, but could be improved on by giving options for auto reinvesting dividends to buy more shares.
New Update Lag
I have been enjoying the app. But the new update messed the app up. I have been attempting to access my app without any success. I suggest you add support link at the point of signing in, not just “forgot password” option. Now I still can access my app even with WIFI and normal connection.
Could be better
The app is quite easy to use when you get your head around it. Downsides is that you really cannot find enough info about the companies you want to invest in on there like their EPS/ P/E ratio or the volatility of the stock. Secondly, it is becoming a norm for the app to be down for over 2hrs. This is happening almost every week now. Thirdly, your customer service takes a millennium to respond. Other than that, lovely user friendly app

Deposit issues
Very useless customer service. Takes forever to reply. They have scammed me of my deposit right now. It’s not reflecting .
Good but I can’t press this last button setting up the KYC
After address and opt in for instant fund settlement I can take it up and press the button down it and it disturbs
Recent update is worse. Older version was very good. Says connection error, not logging in
This newest update is no good. I can’t submit the security questions as it keeps saying connection error. Now, I can’t even log in anymore after updating my app. It keeps saying internet connection error, yet my internet is working fine and opening other apps. All these issues started immediately after updating my app. I should have stuck to the old version which was very easy and straightforward without all these mess. Please fix this asap.
Add Full Nigerian Stock List for Better Market Overview
The app works well, but it’s missing one feature that could greatly improve the user experience: a complete list of all Nigerian stocks should be made accessible in the iOS app. Right now, only featured stocks are visible, and finding others requires manual searching. Displaying all stocks in one place—sorted alphabetically—would give users an instant, comprehensive view of the market.

Would give zero stars if I could
Worst customer service to ever exist. Period. Millennia to respond, continuous escalations (they’ve escalated my case to God at this point), and still no resolution. Let’s not forget the long winded and irritating but somehow still templated apologies for their lack of attention, solutions, or proper case handling. Who runs this thing on the back end? It’s utter nonsense.

The update is too frequent. I have updated it 3 times now in the space of a week.
Poor Customer Service
The App is great but I have made a deposit not my account that did not reflect and my bank has confirmed that the transaction was successful. Sent an email and chatted yet for days now no response and the money still has not reflected in my account. So I will score the customer service very low. Aside this the App is great.

If you’re serious about investing, there are other apps that are better, I repeat! Don’t use this app. It’s the worse you can ever come across.

I love the user interface, it’s quite user friendly and it’s easy to navigate for anyone new into investing. I also love the fact that it has both naira and dollar option especially for people living in diaspora. However I will like if I can fund directly from my foreign account and not just my naira account.
The App upgrade wasn't a good idea
The January 2025 app upgrade has made it slow and a pain to use. Refreshing is slow, app functions are slower and exact opposite of an upgrade. Save for that, it's a great investment medium. Please fix the issue with the upgraded version!
App seems unstable
I keep getting a pop-up message (“how are we doing”) that is not allowing me use the solution. I am unable to access the solution and trade on the platform. This is very frustrating. It almost feels like the platform has been compromised

Stress free investing
I have been with bamboo since early 2021. It’s been a good experience so far. It’s relatively straightforward to invest and also to withdraw investments. They have an interactive approach to investing and also encourage investor education. I have tried reaching out via email for other things but didn’t get feedback. Apart from that. It’s a good app.

Quick deposits and Trades
Bamboo has been excellent for me so far. Quick reflection of deposit in my account and quick trades as well. I haven’t done any withdrawals yet but I hope it is not problematic. I will give it a five if I can transfer funds from bank account in Ghana and withdraw via same means. Not all of us a fun of mobile money.
