I hate this app because you’re unable to access your account when you misplace your phone. Been difficult to use and annoying, one should be able to reset pin if you can’t remember what you used when you first joined the app for weeks now I’m unable to access my account and my gmail and phone number is with him, if if it is some face verification that is needed you should do that and make this app easy for people to us and not frustrate your users Tf.

The investment has been safe and reliable. Fund deposits and withdrawals are easy and smooth. No regret investing with Piggy and that’s a huge credit to you. However, the yields and terms are a lot different now than the much more attractive they once were.

Poor top safe lock option
You can’t top up any funds that has been safe locked. You have to start another safe locking option. Which makes the service bad and defect the toping up of the safe locking mechanism irrelevant.

I’ve been trying to approve my device and each time I input the OTP it says success but when I try to verify my identity, it keeps asking me to approve device. My wife has also been having verification related issues for days emailing back and forth with no reasonable result. And I’m supposed to save my money here? What’s the guarantee I’ll get it back with all of this?

I don’t know why I can’t log in to my account, it says I should change pin, still not going I can’t even transfer money, I’ve tried support yet no response. Always saying error. Please do something about this

Auto-deposit glitch
I have set up auto deposit 3 times now for a time sensitive saving plan. I am always having to come back to save myself after missing saving for the month because auto savings does not work. And I have reached out to support too nothing was done to help or compensate for the issue. Update - Auto deposit for piggy bank is a gamble. Won’t work everytime. Just do your savings yourself, quick save.

You guys are literally frustrating me
I can’t withdraw my own money successfully without drama. This isn’t what I signed up for at all! There’s a limit to my withdrawal? Then my money is stuck cause pocket withdraw limit is 3m? Please you guys are stressing me out! I have things to do and I’m being delayed

Except for once or twice that I deposited and the money didn’t reflect, I have no complaints. Their support team were very responsive and helpful.
