I love the new zenith bank interface. It’s now looking like a modern fintech app. Love to see and long may it continue. Kudos
Horrible UX & A Even Worse Update
This is months now into this new update and Zenith has continuously refused to be proactive about updating this app. Why push out an app that you did not fully test and is basically a Beta and then now refuse to be very proactive about updates. If not because of my intense pressure and push, users with multiple account on the same login would have to memorize acct numbers when making transfers from one account or the other because you somehow failed to realize user account names & number should show in the app when making transfers. That took you almost a month to fix. I wonder how many software engineers “The Largest Bank In Nigeria” employs because it looks like maybe it’s 1 guy in his 70’s because I’m not sure why such a simple update will take so long. You have failed to fix bank account detection and biometric transfers since launch, and even transferring a dispatch rider 2K requires pin & token every single time, even if it’s a beneficiary. Like come on! Just don’t be surprised when my money and others are gone… For me I’ve been a Zenith customer for almost 20 years, transacted billions on your platform but this is the last straw. I’m tired of your poor performance and I have opened my first account with another bank.

Consistently failed transactions
Whenever I try to make transfer, I always get failed transaction prompts and this started after the recent update that’s supposed fix bugs
Transaction History Needs Improvement
Why doesn’t the app allow users to view or fetch older transaction history from previous years, such as 2021–2025? Whenever I try to switch to an older year it automatically bounces back to 2026. Please fix this as accessing past transactions is important for proper record keeping

This app is annoying and below average. Tell me why your app doesn’t detect the exact bank you intend to send funds to after entering the account number, and why the transaction history isn't working. You guys can do better.

The app is wonderful…..but when Ever I reset my phone or wipe the whole apps on my phone, am always unable to login and when ever i try to follow the instructions to use my card….it simply redirect me to customer service center to request for a hardware token which I always find it inconvenient and stressful cause it takes hours before the customer care representative picks up call due to heavy calls queue….please try to address it
Biometric authentication
Updated the app, but no longer able to use biometric authentication for transactions, can’t use only transaction pin without hardware token authentication. Can’t use etoken without token, otp verification needs 72 hours. Having to go through all this to use something that was working prior to update is just an inconvenience and chore. At least allow the biometric, It says it’s on in the settings but there’s no option for it in the transaction page.

Transaction pin
Your team needs to fix the toggle button for biometrics man… why do I need to enter pin everytime. If I turn on biometrics it lasts for 1 transaction.
How do i get the previous version back
Pls am missing out for more than 2 weeks now have not been able to log into my account. I need to the old version back pls. Thanks

The Ui looks great, but the Ux is even worse than the previous version at this point. What is the point of suggesting destination banks if you are not going to include the actual likely options, when you very well know that none of the suggested destinations even have bank accounts with that name. We have better systems these days let’s do better, why constraining yourselves when you can reach the peak? When I paste an account number you should be choosing actual likely banks. I don’t want to move but I might just have to.

Inability to Transfer
I believe being informed via email or text messages to customers about your upgrade would go a long way to prepare our minds, and this upgrade in the app is not sitting well with me, a lot of customers don’t carry their alert sim around, so one would have to wait to get an otp or use hardware token to authorize a small amount to be transferred, not cool. It’s stressful, it’s supposed to be banking made easy not adding more stress for your customers. Zenith bank management , Please kindly remove the otp session, it’s a waste of time whoever for your customers transaction, please inform the programmer controlling this app.
Live search not functional

You guys should make changes to your app settings cos why does it always say something like network error check your internet connection when I sure am connected to the internet. ____ This is another few days after my last review, this app is wack and I promise you I’d never put money into your bank anymore until you change this stupid app to a better one. Glitch
The current version has at least one major glitch. The numbers on the pop-up keypad presented to the user for approving transactions are not displayed in full and they are inactive. Fancy that!

The works as it should. I have been trying to login for months, but I have been inputting the wrong pin. If you get Invalid Credentials….this means you are putting the wrong pin or your token is locked out. I hope this helps guys!

The new mobile features saves me a lot of stress. It’s got more features such that you don’t need to go to the bank all the time.
You're better off using Opay or Moniepoint
One of the worst developed apps I've ever used Always having issues with transfers, always having network issues when you really need the money in your account It's a very useless app from a very useless bank and I can't count how many issues I've had with zenith bank They'll never get better so you're better off using Opay or Moniepoint
Unable to pay the DStv bill
Whenever I try to recharge my DStv.. it says daily limit exceeded. Since the past 4 days. I k is that my daily limit is much higher. Pleas help sort this issue
Update issue
I've been experiencing persistent difficulties ever since the recent update. The app now requests a token that I don't possess. Previously, I used to register and verify my identity using my card details, but that option seems to be unavailable now. This situation leaves me wondering how I'm supposed to access my money and carry out necessary transactions, especially since I'm in the diaspora and unable to visit any physical bank branch. Is there a solution or alternative method available to manage my finances effectively?

The app keeps crashing in iPhone 6s using iOS 12.5.7
Unhandled Error Message
The app does not work well with iPhone 11 Pro; but did better with iPhone 11 Pro Max, even with the latter, there is still page freezes. Accounts do not load on the 11 Pro and kept warning “unhandled error”. I no longer use the app, which is frustrating. Please do something to fix it. The features are desirable.
