Source account why ?
Im trying to transfer and it says i cant transfer without a source account And then in the source account nothing is showing and I can search for the account and I want to transfer money right now This is so bad

Fidelity bank was quite good before but after the recent update, I can’t access the bank app anymore . Please can you work on this issue .

Fidelity bank online app is very fast and reliable.

The opt/token input interface
The opt/token input pop-up interface need a to be worked on because it disappears once you minimize to get token password Please kindly fix this bug to ensure smooth usage
Soft token app
Your soft token app has a serious login problem, I’ve been trying to login it keeps saying error is that supposed to happen???

It’s difficult to log in the app sometimes. You keep trying and a message pops up saying an error occurred trying again later. It’s frustrating especially when you want to perform transactions.
The App
I am very impressed with the app to the point it boosts the enhanced security in the system. Companies in the USA should borrow a leaf from us. We might be anything, but when it comes to banking security, the Fidelity app is among the best.

This is the worst bank in Nigeria and with the worst customer service, I’ll be closing my account with them, it’s really frustrating, they never seem to have network to fix problems. If I could leave a half star rating I would do that the 1 star is generous enough.

Too slow
This App is one of the worst in terms of functionality compared to other apps. Sometimes it can take up to 15-20mins just to load the page where you will put your sign in information. Tho has been happening to me for years now. Sometimes it will load faster. Fidelity you need to do better
Can’t retrieve receipts
The app is okay. The interface is cool but I don’t like that you’re unable to retrieve receipts of past transactions. The receipts are only generated immediately after performing a transaction.
Bank app issue
I don’t understand those people that are given reviews on this app,now they upgraded the app and it started given people issue ,it won’t even allow you to transfer or login at a time ,make them no go beat person for market ,I can’t be coming to the bank every time just bcos I want to make some little transfer please do something about it

Virtual card error
Hi bank I can’t create a virtual/online card on my app and other banks do that like it’s nothing what could the problem be I’m updating the app right now to check if I can create it after the upgrade keep up the good work transfers and transactions have been fantastic so far So I hope I can create the card I would try it immediately after the update
Upgrade That is not helpful
What is actually wrong with the current app? For years I have been using this phone do almost all transactions. Suddenly today I am being asked to upgrade. The upgrade is not opening up at the App Store. My fear is that it may ask me to upgrade the phone and force me to buy another phone. Are you people conspiring with phone companies to force your customers’ hands? Why would you fix something that is not broken if there is nothing there for you? Please leave me where I am, I de taste any upgrade that will make me to buy another. I have powerful computers that are doing more for me. The phone is just for my communication and limited bank transfers.

The app network has been moving swiftly lately 👍 I can transfer money and all so easy but I think there is a problem when someone tries to buy data through the app it doesn’t go through although you will be debited and never getting a refund
Fix bug app not working
For 2months now I can only log into my app and cannot use the app for any transactions because the app freezes after log in

Can Improve communication
We run a business and the bank often fails to notify us of payments by customers. We invariably have to log into the account to see if payment has been made before providing the service to the customer. The bank charges us for alerts sent, when none was sent.
I recommend
One of the top e-banking platforms ever. There’s hardly any disruption to the network which makes every transaction smooth. They deserve the accolades.
Terrible customer service
They have the worst banking system in the entire world, multiple failed transactions, sometimes the apps refuse to open, currently I’m waiting on money that has been sent to me since 3:15pm no alert no nothing.
Very good and efficient to use
I am happy because I could easily check my financial health and any time of the day regardless of where I am or what I am doing.
Difficult to make transfers
It’s difficult to make transfers to another bank as the number of times transactions to other banks fail is way more than the times it pulls through. The app is not a reliable one especially for businesses.

Poor
So sad the bank don’t meet up to finance standard of cash flow, horrible app with outdated application, bugs, only send and receive money app no quality features.
Good but needs improvement
My main issue is that the app does not automatically log you off when you switch to other apps. Otherwise it's a very handy and user friendly.

You can’t do nothing Quick very slow system infact if you try sending your money out the app will write bad internet connection but na this same network that was downloading the app … fidelity is a mess I only use it cz it’s reluctant so sometimes when I remember how hard it is to send money out from the app I just forget and leave it … helping me save my coins 😁😁… Fidelity Bank fix your Bank 🏦 network.
