My mobile app is not opening since 3days ago
DEVICE ACTIVATION ISSUES
I am trying to activate a new device and it’s been a while since I used my mobile app but the method I’m trying to use to activate this new device using the BVN and face verification method, since I do not have a debit card, but even after inputting my account number and BVN the next option loads perfectly well but after that I get this error message “No registered mobile user found”
Scheduled Payment function not working
The scheduled payment is not working well. You are able to set up but funds are not deducted and no feedback is provided. Kindly look into this.
App Malfunction
This bank’s performance is deteriorating fast and i think something should be done fast . I now putting money or tell people not to deposit money in my account as its not guaranteed to work the next day. First Bank what is going on?

This believe me is the worst bank app you’ll ever use.
Imagine being in a place where you need to make an urgent payment, your app won’t work and the USSD won’t either. All I can say is I don’t recommend using this bank.

FirstBank, I don’t know WTH u guys are working on but Pleaseeee i need the mobile app working!! Its been two days! Why does it keep asking me to visit the AppStore for update, yet on AppStore there’s no new update!! I don’t even have an ATM card to begin with, and the useless networks we have in this country won’t let me have a smooth USsD transfer! I need my money!

A DISAPPOINTMENT
For two days now I cannot open the app, I rebooted my phone, I updated my phone software I am still checking the app software update just to see if I can access my account yet nothing works. In a saner clime the Bank should have sent message notifying the customers of routine maintenance where applicable but nothing yet. This is utterly disappointing.
REPORT
The essence of this app is to reduce traffic in the banking halls of your banks. All updates, picture or face identification review and verification should be activated online. Blocking or deactivating customers apps is frustrating. Update the app to be online review, verification and activation. Asap

Stop spamming me with bets
I think that as a financial institution, you should focus more on helping people with their financial needs. You should also be more concerned about helping people become financially aware and how best to manage and grow wealth instead of spamming me with betting tips and constantly asking me to bet on football games! Your job should be to advise people to invest their money wisely and not on spending it on frivolous things! Also, you should not be charging people on sms and interbank transactions! You should be bigger than that now! Thank you.

You see reason why people keep choosing likes of Opay palmpay thr money, you people added Bvn for registration on online banking, if you register from now till tomorrow it same issue will be giving you ….be like make I swear for una generation I swear , funny enough I stop using ther bank before as I put money them log me out say make I update now I no get card, to use thr fake bvn option is war

I can't transfer more than 20k in a day but before I updated I could transfer 50k just fine. Fix it
