Kredete has held my money, nearly 1k, for over a month with no resolution to return it to my account or send it to my fiancé. Error message after error message and extremely slow responses from their customer support. I would never recommend this app or banking to anyone. I have filed complaints with the financial agencies and banking institutions.

the application is very good for residents and nationals of Nigeria but for us who live in other countries across Africa such as Ivory Coast (for what concerns me) it is impossible for us to use the application because we ask for a strictly Nigerian number and when we want to fill out the profile all we ask is that it is strictly Nigerian. I am Ivorian living in Ivory Coast so it is impossible for me to use the application.( nb:me @Sionnionn I was interested in the application through the Twitter challenge launched by @theaadedewe) but disappointed not to be able to use and exploit the full potential of the application
