Does this make any sense? I’m unable to find any of the crypto investments I previously purchased in the app. I’ve spoken to customer support several times, but everyone keeps sending me in circles without actually resolving the issue. I woke up today to find that everything I had purchased through the app has suddenly disappeared. I need to understand what happened and, more importantly, where my investments have gone.
I can’t login my grey account
I have been trying to login my account but they don’t send authentication code, the will end up sending it after many hours and by then the code would have expired, please do something about it, I changed phone and I need to login my account.

A Good Outcome, But A Stressful Experience
I don’t usually update reviews, but I believe in being fair. My original experience with Grey was one of the most frustrating I’ve had with a financial service. A simple £20 personal transfer from a friend triggered a lengthy verification process. I complied with every request, obtained the official Monzo document Grey asked for, yet the transaction was reversed and my entire account—including my GBP, USD, EUR and NGN receiving accounts—was closed. What made the situation worse was the lack of communication. My emails often went unanswered, and when I did receive responses, they frequently raised more questions than they answered. As someone who relies on Grey for legitimate business transactions, including receiving international payments, this left me in an extremely difficult position. I had no idea whether I could ever use the platform again, and my business payment arrangements were disrupted. After persistent follow-up, the Compliance Team reviewed my case again, reinstated my account, apologised for the inconvenience, and issued new receiving accounts. I appreciate that they ultimately took another look and corrected the decision. That said, I believe the entire process could have been handled much better. An account closure should never happen before all reasonable clarification has been sought, and customers should not be left guessing about the status of their accounts for days. Grey ultimately did the right thing, and I appreciate that. My hope is that they improve their communication and verification process so that other customers don’t have to go through the same experience.

This is one of the worst financial apps I’ve ever used. Their deposit verification process is slow, frustrating, and completely unreliable. I submitted everything they requested, waited for updates, and after all that, my deposit was simply reversed. Customer support is extremely poor. Most replies feel automated, repetitive, and don’t address the actual problem. The compliance process seems disorganized and leaves customers waiting with no meaningful explanation. Looking through recent reviews, I found many people reporting experiences similar to mine, which made me lose confidence in the platform. A financial service should make receiving payments simple and dependable, not stressful and unpredictable. Defrauding people out of their hard earned money

I received a transaction verification I send all necessary document on gmail since yesterday morning no reply at least let me know maybe you received what sent and I can’t verify on the app because the transaction is personal transaction and the verification on the app is business transaction please someone should attend to this is really frustrating
