After uninstalling and reinstalling the app is working, but it wasn’t broken before it should’ve been left alone….

Always a confusing mess trying to make a payment on your app.
Too confusing
This app is awful. It is not intuitive at all and there should not be a requirement to verify your identity EVERY time you log in.
App is Hard to Navigate and Use
The app is so hard to navigate. I could click on every button except pay bill. I tried calling but it was all automated. Tried link from email. That did not work. Had to add app to my iPad and 9n top of having to re-enter all of my information including name and address, I had to keep turning my iPad to see all of the screens to complete the payment. Ridiculous an app would make you consider changing insurance.

They called to remind me of my upcoming renewal and went over all the sections at my request Fav Bulbous customer service
App not working
I want to read my policy and see what the price is for this year for I need to look around for the lowest insurance on my 2018 Odyssey. Last year I feel it was overpriced

There is little functionality to this App. That I can determine you cant set a reminder to receive bill by e-mail or text of premium due. Payment options are limited. Information conveyed is minimal.

Terrible. I enter my policy number and still cannot get it.
Not worth it
This app is horrible. You cant hit any of the buttons and you especially can’t pay or change your bank info. Do they want my money or not?
100% Useless
What did you update, actually, if the most important function doesn’t work. Disaster. I am still unable to pay online.🙄

Old policies, not really a mobile app
This app just doesn’t function as required. First of all, there’s old policies that I can’t get aligned. My current policies I can’t see on the first screen. When I make a payment the pay now after entering the payment details is off to the left and out of view and I can see where I can hit submit. Just terrible.
Very frustrating
Cannot access account, keeps rejecting password, changed password, still rejecting. Called company 4 times, jump through hoops, they hang up.
