Easy to use, always works without glitches. Exactly how a banking app should work, simple and secure.
slow and not speedy
slow and not up to date. Takes days to verify with third parties whenever i have to which isnt often. Lately its been not letting me sign into my account through the app. Its the latest version and ive been a customer for years so idk why its so slow.

Not perfect
Does not allow user to set alerts for deposits to accounts nor for withdrawals over a certain amount. It does not allow for notes or account numbers on mail items. Simple fixes that would make this much more user friendly

Does everything I need
It works and simple to use. It has a few quirks but very convenient

No digital card, if card gets blocked, it takes a whole day to figure it out. Customer service is slow takes forever to update transactions

App doesn’t let me send money because my business and personal are tied together. To me this isn’t convenient!

Terrible gui
I clicked on “i am a new user” and it sent me to the reset ur password area multiple times. The single time it worked, only half the screen actually showed anything. Half of it was black and the other half was what i could barely make out as a box where id type my user.

Add for credit card should not continue after 3 attempts
Needs to offer more user controls
I really like the bank but the app doesn’t have any card management. You can’t lock your debit card and that’s a deal breaker for me.

This app is so frustrating. Attempted to deposit checks the screen freezes and it will also jump back to the homepage where I have to login again. And why isn’t there a way to print monthly statements? Infuriating. Now it doesn’t accept my saved username and I have to reenter it every time. Grrrrr
