I love the app it’s very user friendly and I can see all my accounts!
Terrible
They always put my account in the negative when I didn’t ask for that the first time. When I lock my card they still take the money out and charge me an extra 35 dollars. 🤦🏾♀️ I’m changing banks ASAP.

The app worked great for about a year, but I went to pay my bill this month and nothing is working…. I think the most recent update broke the functionality?

My account still locked. I can only view and still can’t make any bill payments. If I wasn’t a long time member I would put less than 1 star.

It never remembers me even though I click it every time.
Can’t use Zelle or transfer money or use debit card
Locked my debit card I can’t transfer money from checking or use PayPal or Zelle. Call center closed at 6 so I don’t have access to to funds all weeks

Need better text visibility
Wherever your text is light gray instead of black, you should fix that. Wherever your screens are not scalable on a mobile screen, you should also fix that.

This app is great, but it lacks facial recognition, remembering that password can be a pain sometimes.

Missing features
This app is pretty solid, I find it easy to interact with and have never had an issue with bugs. I can only give it four stars though because there is no BankSocial partnership. Easy five star app with the BankSocial exchange integrated. Make the smart move AFCU!
