No good
If you enjoy pending transactions for days on end…6 days and counting for me, then by all means enjoy. If you don’t like banks that use tricks to sucker people in to overdraft charges I’d look elsewhere though.
Never works
Why does the Face ID not work? Why doesn’t the passcode work? I’ve had to redownload this about 3 times. And now the website requires your account number on the “forgot password” page?? I log on to find my account number…
Never works
The app is terrible. So much so that I almost want to switch banks. It’s been an ongoing issue for years. The app doesn’t work the majority of times. Very frustrating.
Useless
iPhone 17 Pro with iOS 26.6.1. Can no longer sign in /use this app. Always says my password is wrong, but I can sign in using the same exact password via mobile browser. Deleted and reinstalled the app. Rebooted the iPhone. Same problem.
Mobile check deposit doesn’t work and no card lock
This bank app needs a serious upgrade mobile check deposit doesn’t work and it’s 2026 if Venmo and cash app debit cards can have a debit card lock feature a bank should have it

A 2nd review after being stuck with this app since it came out. Bring back the older one, fire the ones that brought in this one and can’t update it in a way that makes the app usable.
Terrible
This new app is so awful. I can’t log in anymore. I’m using the exact username and password and am able to log in using the website but the app won’t let me in. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app also. The old app was better than this.
Worst app
This is quite possibly the worst app out there. How many times am I going to be logged out, have to delete the app, reinstall and re enter my credentials? Perhaps the tech department could fix this? Not sure why we had to change the app when it was fine before.
Terrible App
Clicking anything to allow me to stay logged in, or to remember this device is a joke. I stay logged in for maybe two days, and then it’s a 50/50 chance of either refusing to allow me to use facial recognition, making me use a password I swear is the right one but isn’t, or forcing me to remember answers to questions from 20 years ago when I first created the account. Updating my password is impossible, because once again I created the account 20 years ago using an email I haven’t had access to in about 15 years. In a world of using your phone for TFA, it’s pretty inexcusable to continue using such archaic methods of identity protection.

Can’t even login. I can use the website with my login info, but not the app. Horrible!!
This app is ABSOLUTELY trash!
This app is trash. Ever time I try to log in or get some sort of an error. Can’t log in with password, passcode, or Face ID. Every time I log in I have to call customer service so they can reset my account. My local bank branch wasn’t able to help me. They were getting the same errors despite resetting my account. There needs to be an update fast.
