Why have online when you have to go into the bank for every single thing?!
This bank is the worst I’ve ever delt with. It takes FOREVER for them to add your money back to your account even when the company has shown PROOF that a hold has been cancelled. If you want to dispute a charge, come into the bank. I can’t deposit a check. I have to go into the bank.

New app errors
I selected for the app to enable Face ID I don’t know how many times and I also asked for it to remember my username. It keeps making me type in my username and pw EVERY SINGLE TIME and also disables my Face ID making it take forever to login en when I’m in a hurry so frustrating. I used to not have this problem until the new update.
Trouble logging in.
Is anyone else having trouble logging into the website to check your balance m? Every time I try to login since the update it takes forever to log in..if it ever does. I’ve reinstalled the app several times, but nothing seems to help. Also makes me enter info over and over. Extremely frustrating. Never had these issues before the updated new app.

Signs me out
I enable Face ID and remember me every time I sign in and yet I have to sign in every time. Which means, I don’t get any of my push alerts every time the app signs me out. It’s the worst banking app I’ve used in my 44 years. And that’s saying something because I’ve had Wells Fargo account.
