Doesn't update account info
When I check my account there's things missing that were listed earlier. My child was on a school trip & I didn't know how much she had in her account because everything for that day was missing. Now I don't know how much I have in my account because it's doing the same thing. This needs to be fixed.

I wish there were more options for leaving notes about transfers.
How do I find my monthly statements?
I am unable to find a prompt or a link to view and print my monthly statements. Am I missing something?
Disappointing privacy policy and lack of detail
The app collects far more info than I would like, but it is a bank, after all. But the bad aspect is that there is no app-specific privacy policy, and no app-specific user support to talk about it. All links in the app store that should provide you with this info and support just send you to the bank’s website, where I could not find app-specific info. I thought you had to do better than this to be an Apple app.
Love the mobile deposit
Love being able to check balance and pay offs and especially love the mobile deposit
Balance issues
The balance on the app is inconsistent. It randomly takes payments away showing a higher balance then the charges show back up. Needs fixed.
Mobile deposits
Trying to do a mobile deposit has to the biggest headache on this app. It’s quicker to just drive to the bank in deposit it
Update errors
Too many balance update errors. This makes it difficult to see your balance and activity. Needs to be more reliable.
Update
My phone works perfectly fine. But every time I turn around this app is updating. Now it’s reached the point where my phone won’t update to make it work. I know my phone is older but everything else is fine. I love my phone and I really like the app. Just aggravates me that now I have spend the extra to get a new phone that I don’t even want or need just to use this app.

Terrible banking app
Can’t get the right balance on your account. Delete charges off your account so you think have more money. It doesn’t update until the next day or later. It’s not worth it.
Very frustrating!!
I liked the app at first but last week it wouldn’t update. I thought it was the bank but I called them and they stated that everything was ok when they checked. So then I uninstalled and then reinstalled the app and now it won’t load it all. It just keeps saying that I need to install the update but there is no update and now it won’t do anything. It just says wait while we prepare your experience and never moves from that page! I have uninstalled and installed it multiple times but it says the same thing.
Login problems
This app would be great IF I didn’t have to change my password every 90 days. It always makes me call the bank to reset my password and it always happens on a weekend, when I can’t call the bank. I wish it would let me use a login username that I create instead of a 13 digit # that I can’t remember. Other than login problems, your app is great.

The app is always crashing there are never any updates and half the time the app can’t even real of or show me my account balance without having to wait an hour for the app to get back up.

I transfer a lot of money throughout my day. I’m not sure if there’s a limit, but it’s always been fast and efficient!! They’re great!
Compatibility lacking
This app is only compatible with iPhone, iPad and iPod. Yet the customer service dept try’s to tell me it is ‘compatible’ with all devices. Ah- No it’s not

The app is as big of a small minded joke as the bank , I work away from home a lot and they lock my account out constantly , the log in is ridiculous and I tried setting up a bit coin account and they refused to let me put my account on file with them. Good lord please realize there is a whole world outside of tiny little Arkansas towns.

I am a new resident of AR coming from PA, MD, DE aka Tri-State area. In my 40 years of banking I’ve never been treated as if I were like royalty. Judy invited my husband and I into her office to begin the process of opening our new account. Many benefits here and the one that really surprised me was this : Using an ATM machine that’s not affiliated with FNB you will be reimbursed for both the non affiliated bank and FNB. Simply take your ATM receipt into a FNB branch and they will reimburse you for ALL surcharges. That’s amazing!! I’ve never heard of any bank doing that before!! If you’re looking for a new bank or tired of your current. Head on over to FNB. They will not disappoint! Thank you, Judy!
