Great bank, great people, ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE APP. Kicks me out of my acct every few months for no reason at all and then tells me my passwords are incorrect when trying to get back in…. Been dealing with it for years now hoping it gets better but it has not, unfortunately.

Mobile banking at first community bank
1- the mobile deposit feature is worthless because you have too many restrictions and can’t deposit over $1K 2- you make the user click and extra time to see all acct activity 3-you time out users every 90 days. This is annoying. Other banks don’t do that 4- all in all, you mobile banking is an inferior product. 5- if you are scared of customers committing fraud, just do away with it. As it is now, it is only good for retrieving acct balances.

There is nothing good about this App. It is not intuitive nor reliable. I never thought I would change Banks because of their online software. When I expressed frustration and mentioned USAA I was told their app had to be good because they were only on line. I guess that means First Community does not have to have a good app.

Constant log in issues
The app frequently locks out users. You can reach support Monday through Friday so it puts you in a tough spot if you’re trying to login over the weekend to verify funds in your account.

Works great! Sometimes a little slow but what app can’t be! I love my bank!
App is lacking compared to other banks
I hate this app. Face I.D. Does not work half the time, it doesn’t show your updated balance with every transaction, no dark mode, and I’ve had to make so many new passwords, I can’t even keep up with it anymore. Frustrating compared to other banks. Update: I still hate this app a year later. Considering switching banks because it’s so hard to access my account.
Not dependable
Always when I need it most it’s down. And it will lock you out “for security” for anything. And they will update it and not let users know. They also need an new password so many times I can’t think of any new ones!

I’ve relied upon this app for years! It’s my favorite banking app.
Abysmal App Experience
So many things wrong with this app! I completely understand the bank is a small community bank, so I’m wasn’t expecting an app on the level of American Express or USAA or some gargantuan enterprise. However, I’m one month into banking with this app, and find the following issues have caused a very poor user experience: (1) forgets username and password despite having the “remember my” options selected every time. (2) I completely lost access after only one week of use and have not been able to re-enroll my phone number again yet despite using tech support. (3) the jury is still out on the actual usability of the app due to having no access!

I’m always having to reboot this app because it keeps shutting me out. Even though I “save” the password and use facial recognition….it is unacceptable. Y’all really need to fix this with an upgrade asap!

Horrible App
This app stinks compared to other banking apps. Seemingly random, it will lock you out and force you to use a desktop to reset your password. There is no warning, nothing to indicate that this is about to happen. I have been on business trips with no access to a desktop or laptop and have been locked out from my account. The app needs to be updated to provide ample warning of password change timeframe. Also, if you are using a VPN, a large part of the time the app refuses to function. Absolutely ridiculous that I have to turn off my security in order to check my bank account. That seems totally counterintuitive and an anathama to security.
