I would love to see an area to designate that the transaction was reconciled. I also wish the transaction date was visible in addition to when the amount was paid.
Work to be done
I like the new look of the app, took a bit of getting used to it. But since implementation, screens freeze up and I have to close app and reopen.
Quick access banking
AllSouth is s great credit union in many ways. The thing I like best is the mobile app. If I need to transfer money on the spot, I can go into the app and make an instant transfer from one account to another. This has saved me so many times. Thanks AllSouth!!
Absolute Trash
If you want to complete an online payment you have to receive two verification codes confirming twice I want to pay a damn bill. I’ve never had to jump through so many hoops just to pay a bank for a mortgage I owe. It is ridiculous, by far, hands down the worst banking app I’ve ever dealt with.
Review
This is the most aggravating app I have ever used. It keeps asking for info about my Visa that is already stored. Zero customer support on the weekend. So disappointed 😆.

Gone are the confusing arraingement of tasks that make no sense. Gone is the clunky UI from 2008. This updated app is so much better. I'm still not using it as my daily banking app yet. I hope that the infuriating problem of not getting notified of payroll hitting has been fixed. I will update this once my first paycheck hits woth this new app. Because I'm not trying to be negative, but I left Allsouth simply because the l Former app.was so horrible it was unbearable to use. This is so much better. Good work on this new app. My only suggestion is to GIVE US A DARK MODE. I work at night and hope Ing the app at night in the dark assaults my eyes. Please make this step and the app will be magnificently.fantastic. Now it's very good.

Honest review from a New Yorker.
1) Expect to wait 7 business for a mobile check deposit…. 2) You cannot Zelle more than $500 a day… 3) They do not give you your direct deposit 2 days early either…. “The majority of banks allows you to receive your money sooner” 4) No 24 hour customer service!! only for lost cards or fraudulent transactions. Don’t get me started on how the verification process over the phone is!!!

I’ve been banking with this Credit Union since before the name was changed from Fort Jackson Federal Credit Union. I remain with them because I continue to receive outstanding service. I’ve never been disappointed.

i like the old app, this new app isn’t as good because they took away the part that you can lock your card and protect your money.Now you can’t do anything but let thieves steal your money.
