I love the convenience. I really like the features. What I do believe could be better is when I have to keep renaming my device if I want the app to remember it.
Needs Improvement
This app was okay in the beginning but lately it’s had serious issues. It times out while waiting for the application to load.

New update is awful
I don’t know who approved the latest update, but it was a swing and a miss. Logging in takes too many steps, and Dear Lord the check scanning is abysmal. Constantly failing and then requiring me to restart the app to try again, which loops back to the clunky login process. For the love of all that is holy, please roll this update back!
Good but not great
Mobile check deposit check hold period and is excessive.
Please Help
Ive been using this app for a while now and today when i try to get on the app a box pops up saying “Somthing went wrong while attempting to send the last request. Please try again.” No matter how many times i hit retry it still pops up. Ive tried uninstalling the app twice and its still doing it. Please help me with this issue.

Forgot username
Why your app only has a forgot password button is beyond me. I can’t access my account without calling in because there is no forgot username option. Till that very stupid inconvenience gets fixed 1 star.
Update not so good
The latest update has me frustrated. If I want to view all transactions by deposits, or by withdrawals, it does not group them in a separate category like it did before. I have to scroll through the entire statement to see these. Please fix this! Update: CPM responded and explained how to do it. Thank You!

This app barely works when I need it to the most. It’s always crashing and slow to load.
Card lock
There should be an easier way to lock and unlock your card.

This bank is by far the best bank I’ve ever had the privilege of working with
Horrible All Around
Really One of the most simple apps to use but it is useless. Lots of hidden rules in fine print, and the choose to hold your money with giving a reason. Better off banking with your local bank robber!

My name is not one_pissed customer… I had to re do my comment because y’all Lyin… I still love the new app update because it has not froze up so far like the old version. Idk how apple allowed y’all to change my user name on the App Store when I make a review but this surely ain’t it…
