One of the BEST APPS anyone could ever ask for and they keep on improving.
Ridiculous
I constantly have to verify myself more than twice. Whether it’s my Face ID or typing in my information. It never loads correctly, or takes a long time loading regardless of having full signal. I’ve had many other financial institutions apps, and this is by far the most complicated one
Problems internal transfers
I keep on getting problems internal account transfers and I ain't able to do it. I talked to a tech and cannot resolve.
Can’t access app
I understand the reason for the authentication process but you can’t use the app when there is no place to put the code. You can log in fine and the app sends you a code but there is no place to put in the code. Please fix!!!
Makes me very nervous
Every time I adjust to changes in the website, I run into issues where my accounts won’t show, or there is missing or incorrect information. Definitely not the level of reliability I want from a primary bank. Will need to keep accounts at my primary bank until Safe invests in their app.

Please bring back pending transfers
I have been banking with SAFE for over 10 years. The app has always streamlined the banking process for me and made budgeting manageable. SAFE functions as my financial home base — money coming in is almost always transferred elsewhere. This was never an issue until the recent app update removed the ability to view pending transactions within the account and no longer adjusts the displayed balance to reflect those pending transfers. Now it looks like I have more money available than I actually do. This design change is not ADHD-friendly. When you rely on seeing pending activity to keep track of where your money is going, hiding that information makes it really easy to forget about transfers that are still processing. Since transfers take time to clear, this has already caused me to accidentally overdraft. Please bring back the pending transfers view along with the adjusted available balance, or at least give users the option to turn this on in settings. Thank you.
Was a great app
Since the most recent update today, the app and all cards don't work. Even my Dwight tried to go and make a purchase this evening and all our accounts and hers can't access any funds from all accounts. On the app none of our accounts are present anymore and support is down. This isn't a general maintenance like it says on the site. Much more serious.

I’m not sure what happened. The app used to work fine but now it won’t even open. I’m afraid to download a different one in case it’s not legitimate. Can someone please reach out and tell us what is going on
The Effectiveness of Knowing
Knowing that I don’t always have to get a paper receipt or acknowledgment of my purchases because everything is right in my Safe app grants me real peace of mind and power over my savings and checking!

Every time I open my phone, I get this message. I’m tired of it. Stop sending it.

Just Needs Spending Buckets
The new update is really great overall! Many things I used to struggle to find in the old version of the app are now in much more logical spots. For example “external transfers” is under “transfers” instead of hidden away under “more.” My one request for the devs would be to add spending and savings buckets! These are so handy in other banking apps kind of like a virtual version of envelope budgeting and I think the users would find them really helpful.

Unstable and Unreliable
I am really tired of trying to do mobile banking and not being able to get on the app and it won’t open or it crashes or it’s telling me to “please wait” and never opens. It’s frustrating and I’m getting ready to just give up on it.

Mostly love the app! Would be 5 star if developers would create the ability to put notes on transaction (ex transfer between accounts or noting what a debit transaction was for). Would help with tracking budget

App is very user friendly and helpful. But it is also very glitchy, slow to load and laggy.

I’ve been with SAFE credit union for over 20 years. They’ve always been very helpful whenever we’ve needed it. I’ve had multiple loans through them the process was always smooth I have checking and savings and whenever I have issues they’ve always been there to help me when I lost my wife and had to change some stuff on our account they were to support .

When it comes to trusting a company with money you want zero issues. You’ll run into various internal and external transfers, atm, and false positive monitoring. Either they disregard KYC or are too reliant on AI nonhuman systems. I suspect they cater to the type of crowd found lingering around most of their facilities. You been warned.
