Great app!
This SAFE app is so easy to use and I’m able to do most anything I need to right here in the app! The only thing I wish you could do is deposit bigger checks. But other than that, I’m extremely satisfied with it
$10 fee every transaction?????
Shame that I chose to bank with you guys because of best rate but then charge $10 fee for every payment??????

To slow crashes
The app is much slower than other banks and man the credit card 3rd party is annoying. It’s so slow to open, it crashes repeatedly. If you want to try to use your reward point you better set aside half your day to get to the 3rd party website. You would think a bank would have a state. Of the art website as your handling peoples money

The worse system to use @ safe since its inception, we get checks sent back half the time we use it, useless because it takes so much time to put it in the system. The idiocy of it all, is that they know it, I call and the reps say it's a bad system.... this is over many years now, I'm a member since 84.

Card lock feature is a mess transactions go thru regardless of funds with no overdraft protection on account bank is starting to suck been with yall for 26 yrs ridiculous

To much complication
Like for example, transferring money from account to account it’s not doing it. I don’t know. Why is it the app? Is there any technical issues or something else and other things not an easy one
Missing important feature
The app seems to work well enough but doesn’t have an option for transferring funds from an external account. For that you have to go to the website where this feature hasn’t worked for the past 2 weeks. I opened the account a month ago, but if there is no way to transfer funds in the account does me no good.

Why can’t it just show my account like it used to. Now when I click on my CC it loads a webpage. Not needed
Would be great but
The transaction timing is horrible it seems to delay the amount of payments given out to the vendors or what have you call them. And it just seems that you may a little extra charges even though the clerks over the phone claim you don’t. It’s very frustrating when it seems you have an amount of money that you don’t have and it’s very frustrating when you are trying hard to accumulate money for a time. You all would be better if you could work on that as well as the fees being explained better by the app. Thank you

SAFE bill pay antiquated
I love SAFE credit union. Staff are always professional & courteous. The “new” updated Bill Pay system is antiquated. You cannot see pending payments in your checking account balance that are processing. More of my accounts have to get a credit union check sent (rather than electronic transfer) which takes up to 10 days. Poor choice!! Bill Pay function needs a serious upgrade.
