Does a good job but I’d like to be able to change the names of my accounts from the app instead of having to use the website.
Bill paying service.
Your internet banking almost always breaks down at bill paying time. I don’t need that going on. I’m already about paying bills on time I don’t need the extra stress.

I love the ease of online banking for my essential oils business, Self Help Oils, LLC. I am too busy changing lives while creating an income to have to stop by my local branch to make deposits. It’s so easy to snap a pic & enjoy the rest of my day from wherever I am!
Edited review about new version
This is an edit to reflect the new version of the app that launched in 2025. This new version is atrocious. The UI is ugly and bloated. I’m fairly young and tech savvy, I can only imagine the confusion this new app is causing their older or less tech savvy clients. The layout of things is weird and confusing to navigate. Im also very annoyed they changed the notification system. They use to allow custom push notifications in the app that I could set up to notify me of any transactions amount over my threshold, or balance lower than my set threshold. Now it only send a text at a certain time of the day. I’ll get a text typically the next day, alerting me of a transaction. That’s worthless. No point in having that if it’s not going to be instant. This new version has made me consider switching banks entirely.

I have been with FNBC for 20years + I have been very impressed with the customer support I have received!! Everyone I have done business with have been very polite,and helpful I cannot complain at all . I appreciate the help I have received on every aspect. I love the friendly attitude of everyone I have ever come in contact with. When I moved out if the town I had lived in for so many years, I was worried I might have to change banks mainly because I didn’t know if the new town had any FNBC banks but to my surprise they had just put in a new FNBC. And the help and support has been just as nice as the previous bank I had been dealing with. So glad to have someone who knows your name and speaks to you when you walk in!! I wouldn’t dare change banks even If they don’t have one close to where I live. Maybe one day people here where I live will see the need for a wonderful bank like I use and FNBC can build one closer to me. But until then I will keep my trusted bank and be very grateful for them! App always down
Why is this app always down? So frustrating to rely on a service you can’t use.

Disappointed
When I first got my account I got the app and started using the online banking feature. At first it was super convenient and worked really well. Eventually I got a new phone and I had forgot my password so I had to reset my password. It was a long process but that makes sense it should be a secure process. Once I got the new password I logged in as able to use the app again with no problems. After some time the app stopped working entirely. I called multiple times and nobody is able to help me eventually they told me just to use the website. Using the website is less convenient but it was working then as I needed to deposit a check from my phone I realize that I couldn’t do that using the website it has to be done through the app I called again and they said that the app was working although it’s not working on my end. Nobody really knows what’s going on but I just can’t seem to get the app to work.
Frustrating
I hate that your app isn’t reliable. I hardly ever get to use it and end up having to call to speak to someone. I would call your banking information phone number but it doesn’t have a current balance ever. I love your bank! I just want a reliable app. I’m always having to change my password because it says I never have the right one. It’s saved into my phone each time. Today it says “I’m offline”, that’s not possible as all the other apps on my phone are working just fine with internet
Customer service
Not a company for me I’ve been with them for years and the service gets worse every year. They freeze my account on a weekly basis because I use my business debit card to much. To many other banks to choose from thanks but my money will be useable elsewhere.

Log in issue
This is mostly of course towards the app itself, see I barely got my first debit card and I would log into this app to check my balance but it’s recently come to where it doesn’t allow me to log in. An error will pop up saying it’s unable to validate my information” at first I got scared but I’m seeing that most people are having a problem. It’s not only this app as well, I’ve downloaded 2 other apps and it says the same thing so I don’t know. I guess I have to physically go to get a receipt of my balance.

Randomly doesn’t work
So all of a sudden I can’t use this app to transfer money because it says my login credentials are invalid. But its an app error and I can see by other reviews that it’s not a new issue. I also see that it’s a weekend related issue. Well here I am on Sunday, and I need to transfer money and make a payment(cell phone) and if I can’t transfer money then my auto pay will not go through tomorrow morning. Also I live rural so if I can’t login and check my balance then I can’t take the chance to drive to a gas station because I might not get back home if there is not enough money in my checking account. Also I can’t transfer money from savings to checking at the ATM because I set this up for security reasons. So now I could potentially be stuck on my property isolated in the forest with no cell phone service.

Needs a fix bad!
Horrible doesn’t update in time, if I make a withdrawal or a deposit it takes more than 48 hours to show on my account I had to switch to the bank because it was the only reliable reason in my area saddens me please fix it
A real problem
I love FNBC, but also love my old iphone, and now I get an error message when I go to use the app, because I don’t download the newest version of the app? I like to check balance, ect.
Logging in on the weekends
During the week, almost without fail, the app loads and works. However, on weekends, the app doesn’t load. The only actions I can complete are loading the flash screen and nothing more. This is also true for the bank’s website on my PC. I enter my password and I get a message that my information was invalid. I’ve had to request password resets at least a half dozen times. Bank has a habit of processing transactions several times and the app does not show running balance, impossible to determine balance when nothing works on weekends. Must have been charged hundreds of dollars in overdraft fees. Can’t understand how to know actual balance when fees are charged. Not impressed with app or bank.
