New to the app, and so far it seems intuitive. Easy to navigate and was not difficult to set up.
Internal transfers problem
Cannot indicate what an internal transfer is for as you can when on a computer.

I often have trouble logging in after entering the correct password multiple times.

Loan payments not allowed
The app would be much better if loan payments could be made from the app instead of having to go to the website.

I wish I could actually deposit a check with the mobile app, or change my password with it rather than having to call the bank and change it after changing it with the app.

This community bank is “on point” with technology. Touch ID, transfers, P2P, check images, it’s all available.

I shouldn’t have to see the pop up that says “deposits after 5 p.m. will credited the next business day “ every single time I log in. The first thing you have to do is click it off EVERY TIME you log in.
