This thing has asked me to rate this app 50 plus times. It’s extremely annoying when I’m trying to get to my accounts. Please find another way to rate the app.

Always having issues
The app is always having issues where you can’t get on
Really good, not great.
My only issue is you can’t use the app late at night most every night because it’s updating seemingly all night long every night. Other than that, it’s a really good user friendly app.

Why break what wasn’t broken?
I’ve had this app for years, maybe over a decade, without any issues. It was reliable, functional, and very user-friendly. It wasn’t until the latest big update to this “sleeker” look that it has started crashing constantly, giving many errors, and refusing to even log in. I have. 15 Pro, so I know it’s not my phone.
when it works it’s great
awesome user interface when it works but unfortunately 75% of the time it just says “Please wait…” and loads infinitely 😞 sometimes on those days after 5+ minutes it loads a blank home page if i’m lucky. at first i thought it was because im from the ABOK merge and things were still shifting over because after 1-2 weeks or so it worked fine but now it’s back to being hit or miss on whether i can load my info on my phone 💔 maybe just my phone getting old! but all other apps work completely fine and it doesn’t make sense to me that a banking app would be the one exception

Not user friendly
Previous application was so easy to use. I especially dislike that you have to put in a time frame if you go much beyond 30 days.
Getting Better
This app is getting better as improvements are being made to allow the user to conduct “business” online. The ability to transfer between accounts amongst other financial facilities without penalty would be great!

Transaction notifications via the app take days to come to my phone.

I’ve been with BancFirst for quite a long time and they have always treated me very good. The employees are very friendly and helpful and always have been.
Worst Bancing App Ever!
I have to use my iPad to access my account because they no longer support my iPhone. Now the app has become so cumbersome that I can’t even take a picture of my check to make a deposit. It will be easier and less hassle to just go to the drive thru to deposit my check!

Please stop with the feedback pop up window. Even after filling out the review, it’s still showing up
App Won’t Open
The app won’t open after trying to access the login screen multiple times. When you called the bank to get solution or a remedy to this problem, their customer service tells you that there’s nothing that they can do and even when you uninstall and reinstall the app on your phone, the problem still exist. Once you press the app and you wait for the login screen to come up, it will time itself out and kick you out of the app.
