It wouldn't be bad to have the option to link to the Zelle app.
Loading time
Every time I need to unlock my card or get into my app app takes forever to load or it just won’t work. This is an issue and it needs to be a priority that needs to be fixed ASAP
Lots of glitches going on.
App works for me sometimes really slow loading however as of today 8/10/18 one time Touch ID I’d there next it’s gone. Really makes me feel unsafe using app with all the glitches
I can’t sign up
Im a new user to city national bank and im trying to sign up but when i press “im a new user” it glitches and brings me to “forgot your password?” Does anyone know how to fix this?
No new update
My husband app has been updated to do mobile deposit but mine hasn’t he opened his account after me. I’m not sure what going on.

Business account
The new card lock/freeze is not available on the business debit card I’ve been told by bank. It CANNOT be for frozen when not in use.
Login issues on mobile app
I am deleting and reloading for the 3 time in 2 weeks. Once I put my credentials in, it just spins. I'm able to get in for a few days but now it's back to spinning. So here I go again.
Slow pulling up accounts
The app is pretty slow when loading up the accounts compared to other banking apps. Wish the speed was a little better.
Trouble with app
It will not let me click I am a new user. It sends me right to the ID password change thing and I don’t have a username or password and it won’t let me create one

I have been a bank customer for many years and this app is great! It’s easy to use, has great features and makes my life easier when banking!

Being with this bank is stressful and online always messing up just to much goin on. Don’t get it
Easy to navigate, when it works.
This app is super quick and easy to use, other than the fact that it NEVER works. It will say “error logging in” and after that you have to delete it and redownload it.

Able to use the new app
I couldn’t get into my account until I downloaded the new update and then when I did the app is now a 16 or better and my phone only updates to 15. So now every time I want to see my account I have to go on the www, find City National Bank and open it up just like I had to do many years ago before we had apps. So now if I want an app on my phone I have to pay over $600 for a new phone. I don’t like that. Thank you

This App has been good till recently it has been freezing up. I have to delete it and add it again. I shouldn’t have to do that. Then I try to do a transfer won’t let me. I call the bank to do account to account same bank because app is being stupid , and they charged me 3$. Really

They are not very educated on their jobs and messed up my mobile banking and my actual account got messed up

You will randomly get logged out and locked out of the app. You can’t get thru to customer service either to get back into your account.

This app is always real time and updates my balance immediately when I need it. I have almost never had any issues with the app loading or with any of my transactions not being visible. I use the app constantly and would be lost without it!
PLEASE UPDATE this app!!
Can’t login at all. It brings up a “network communication error” and won’t recover from it. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Still won’t work. Please update this app so I can use it again!

Have had the app for several years . Love it ! It’s user friendly and I am able to pay all my bills using bill pay . It takes me less than 2 minutes and I can do it anywhere !
Mobile deposit
I have tried to use mobile deposit several times and it never works! Won’t read checks correctly. I don’t have this problem with FSFCU. Time to change.
Wonderful App
I love the app easy to use with touch id.I can deposit my check transfer money freeze my card all at the touch of a button . So easy to use i love being able to see my transactions and make sure im spending my money wisley.
App freezes frequently.
I have to delete this app and redownload it once a week. It freezes and won’t log me in.
