Great and easy
It’s easy to use and understand. I get paid a day early. 10/10 bank. I would recommend this to anyone who is new to banking.
Everyone IS Right.
The app is almost awful, instructing you to go to the website to do anything meaningful. Which is really important due to them turning your account off at the most in opportune moments under the all inclusive “Fraud” banner. They seriously force you to save money. I can’t wait until ALL of our money is like this!
Old Version Better
Navigation in older version was easier to follow and the layout (on an iPhone at least$ was easier to read. Those two issues are not deal breakers but not being able to turn my debit card off and on through the app is a MAJOR flaw! Now it seems they are pushing everyone to use that other stupid app Card Valet if you want to be able to turn your card off and on 24/7. Like I need yet another app on my already congested phone? No reason why the new Red Crown app can’t have that ability. Total fail on their part. I can only hope that will be a not to distant future upgrade.😞

I’m always very pleased with this app. I don’t think I’ve ever run into a situation where it has failed me.
Rarely works
It’s great to have an app but would be even better if it worked. Rarely works for anything other than checking balances.
New system
Adjusting to new setup. Tried to make a deposit but only two of my accounts were available to deposit the funds, not the one I wanted to put the money in.
Worst bank ever
This bank wasnt bad at first but now i cant even use my cards more than 3 times a day without it getting locked down due to “fruad protection” i have called them multiple times and all they ever do is a temporary fix that last maybe 3 days. I absolutely despise this company and i will be switching banks as soon as possible, i cant stand them. Also if you want a loan good luck because you have to wait 2 years before they will even consider it. Thanks for nothing
