I joined when it was Williams Employees Credit Union and I have never regretted it! Excellent service from day one!
It wants me to update email but won’t let me
I’ve been using this app for years. For some reason for the last week and a half when I log in it says I need to change my email but when I log in it won’t allow me to login and it keeps going in a circle. Never had issues in the past but this is pretty much breaking the app. I can’t do anything. I don’t have any emails about changing the app and can’t log in on a computer either.
Nice update, but why get rid of Touch ID?
The latest update is definitely aesthetically pleasing, however Touch ID has been removed. I wish it was still available!

Often this app is not working.
Problem
I sometimes have to turn off Wi-Fi on my phone. If I forget that it's off and try to open the app, it completely locks up. The only solution is to remove the app and download it again. It's very annoying.

Not a fan of the app
Application issues?
Usually the app works great, but here lately (past two weeks) I’ve been getting application issues where it says it can’t display my accounts with a red triangle and a white exclamation mark in it. Usually happens in the morning. By the afternoon it goes back to normal, but I don’t appreciate not having access to my balances at any time. Update: now I can’t even get past the login. What’s going on?
Put Direct Deposit back on front page
Direct deposit should be an option on the front page when you open the app, not under “more” options.. I liked the version before this one much more.
So convenient
Can check for balances, deposits, etc wherever I happen to be. I feel it is safe to use. A+
Starts over
I don’t like the new scroll. It resets and I have to start all over when balancing my book.
Disappointed
I loved the app when I started banking here 3yrs ago. Now, I find it often “unable to load application” or just generally not functioning as it should. Shame, because I live the app when it works.
Lack of functionality

I love Oklahoma Central Credit Union. However worst app with update this last quarter 2025. Totally destroyed my credit.
Not very good
I purchased a vehicle and this bank has picked up the note. Great rate so I went with it. Come to find out, you literally have to go to a branch to make a car payment. Not able to make payments on line. Can’t transfer money from other bank accts. Very disappointing and not very happy with this bank for this sole reason. Hope they change in the future
An App that Looks Good, Low Reliability
This app has all the bells and whistles you would expect from a large bank's app, however, unlike those apps, this one crashes often and has tabs that go completely unusable for days at a time. I haven't been able to use Mobile Check Deposit in weeks. I even called to inquire and they told me there was not a timeline to fix.
Down for Maintenance... A lot...
When the app is working it is great. But it feels like they do maintenance on the app at least 1-2 times per month causing the app to not work in the mean time.

What Happened??
Oh my word. Good example of "new & improved" (look) usually isn't. The font size to log in is now smaller. But the font size showing acct info is so huge that if I xfer $$ inside the store, people 2 aisles over will be able to see my balance & acct info. Also, why was it a good idea to make us go to a separate screen to log out?? Unless I'm @ home, I probably won't be using the "new look" version much.

Find Another Option
I’ve joined another credit union and happy that I now know what service truly is. Was a member for almost 40 years which accounted for nothing. Several enhanced services missing which should be offered at a credit union this size.

I've used OCCU for many years. I have had nothing, but awesome service. The mobile app is easy and convenient to navigate.
It won’t always load
Sometimes I need to check my account but the app won’t load and I’ll have to wait several hours for the app to actually load

The app is so easy to use! I can make deposits, send money and apply for a loan...ALL from the app! Thank you OCCU! You are amazing! This is why I have stayed with you for 30 years!! Thank you for being the BEST!
Problem
When the app is working right it's great and I love it but recently my app won't let me transfer money from my savings to my checking and it's really frustrating.
OCCU IS PLAIN GREAT
I have been a member of OCCU since 2010 and my experiences with them have all been just plain great. The staff has always been cordial, professional, and very helpful. There's no other financial institution I've experienced in over 60-some years that come close to the level of greatness that I've experienced with that of OCCU's.
Don't download this app
I have tried to download this app several times so I can monitor him my spending unfortunately this app is not working so do not try to download this application because it will take you to other websites that does not pertain to this website. I highly recommend use caution with this site.
Mobile deposit issues
It was easy to use this app for mobile deposits. But today I can’t get the proper amount of deposit entered. It does not enter anything to the right of the decimal point. This really is a problem.
What happened? It was just fine before
I agree with Longtime Rep above, it was a great app that worked just fine, then there was an update and I was embarrassed to use it in public (which was the only time I needed to use the app), and having a separate screen to find and log out on its just unnecessary. NOW THE APP IS FROZEN AND WON'T EVEN OPEN OR LET ME DELETE IT. What a mess guys! Please make note and fix these issues so I can go on to be a happy customer since 1991 and pleased with the online system. Thank you!
