an okay app
it will work and when it does it’s good but sometime it’ll go off on its own and won’t update my balance for a week or weeks at a time which is really annoying considering i’d like to keep track of my money
Connection failure
I can’t open the app anymore. Anytime I try I get a notification saying there is a connection error and the app won’t work. I am connected to the WiFi and everything else in my house works just fine so it is the app. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, still won’t work. Please fix this

Beware-This bank will terminate your online access.
Per bank policy, online access will be terminated if you don’t use it every 6 months. Reactivation requires every imaginable piece of information. Therefore this account of 20+ years is now unsuitable for our purposes because we are often away for extended periods of time. Furthermore, the customer service agent chose to be argumentative and would not provide a manager’s information.
Took all weekend last time after I posted on a Friday afternoon.
That’s the review sorry, just a tad annoying. Don’t respond, it’s not a big enough problem for me to want to respond back about.
Credit Card delayed
Credit card payments delayed. Also, I wish the credit card transactions were like the debit card transactions. The debit card transactions shows how much money you have left after each transaction, If that makes sense.

Can’t afford a new phone .. and can’t upgrade to iso 17 so now app won’t work and is useless.. iphonex

Seems like every time I log in to check my acct it always says error loading. Always an issue with this app.

Rate change
Not sure why there is a different way to transfer money from account to account and it take a longer process. I liked the old way better.

What about those of us that can’t afford an iPhone 16 or whatever it said! Can’t get the app ! And can’t even call the automated system bc it disconnects!

Ceci has been very helpful she’s I’ve talked to her several times already I met Savannah a few days ago, and she was very helpful and very polite And Sierra help get me signed in and ran through all the options that the bank had to offer. I felt like I had a red carpet, rolled out, And Tammy, I’m not Tammy and we had a nice friendly conversation the next day I had to come back and I went through the drive-through and there was Tammy greeting me. It was felt like. It was so awesome. I didn’t know what to expect But I felt very welcome and they were very encouraging and teaching me new things that were just different from other banks I would recommend Armstrong to anybody that was looking for a financial reliable❤️
Locked out of bank account after app update
I have an iPhone 7. My phone doesn't allow iOS16. Tonight I was grocery shopping and needed to transfer money from my savings to checking. I opened the app, and it closed on me saying I needed iOS16. Screw me I guess. Luckily I had money on me. No warning days or weeks beforehand. Seriously, what if I had an emergency? I'm switching banks asap. I feel insulted. This is unacceptable
