My Family Security Credit Union
The tellers at the Family Security Credit Union are always pleasant and respectful. I have banked with them since 2000, and have had no problems with my account . I highly recommend this Bank.
Simplicity is the key
It would be easier if the app would be simpler. There is too much on the home page. Too crowded. Keep it Simple is what I would do.
Always loved Family Security
I love they have an app for sure! I wish it would show in the balance sections or deduction area the amount left in account under and after each transaction like some credit cards do. That would make it 5 stars! Otherwise no complaints!

I wish the bill pay was sent out a little sooner, I sometimes worry about my payments being late. I do try to send them out asap when I get them, but I still worry.
The best!
FSCU is clearly the best banking institution available. I joined Family Security over 25 years ago and I’ve never looked back. Very helpful and efficient staff makes every interaction a pleasure.
New update
Downloaded the new update and now the app does not work at all it just shows the back screen and it won’t load anything
Needs work
I cannot see credit card transactions in the app. Frustrating.
Hacking issue
I have been a member closer to 40 years and the last 5-10 years I've had too many issues with account/debit card being hacked, having to delete card and order a new one. Other credit unions I'm a member of print cards on site where yall do not and it causes many issues waiting on a new card. Another issue is limited transfers each month. Things could be improved
New Update
I HAD to update my app but after I did, it wouldn’t do anything therefore I can’t check my accounts! Thanks for nothing!

i’ve updated my phone number and it never updated it on the app and it’s been at least 5 months and they’ve haven’t updated it so i can’t check my balance or nothing 😒 other than that it’s a good app
Transaction summary
Would like to see recent transfers. The current transfer summary only shows scheduled transfers.
Ease of use.
The My FSCU app is very easy to use/ user friendly, even for beginners or anyone of any age or experience with digital content/ banking! Depositing a check with the app is a breeze also! Plus tge app keeps a copy of/record of your checks you have previously deposited.
Terrible Bank
This bank is Terrible, go to another one as soon as possible.
Not the best but it works
I’m so used to being able to view my account details in mobile banking especially for when I need to submit my account number auto payments or direct deposit. Well with FSCU mobile banking you can’t do that. You have to physically drive to a branch and get a copy of it which makes it a hassle for me especially since I work nights and sleep during the day. If I have to I’ll just start going to my local branch and push them daily to let us consumers have the ability to view our account info from our fingertips. We have cyber security for a reason to protect against thieves and hackers so why not use it to let us consumers have an easier time with you guys by letting us have more freedom with your mobile banking. I’ve only been back for like a month or so and I’m already wanting to leave this bank again especially since I can’t deposit cash in their ATM’s after hours and have access to those funds immediately. I have to put my cash in a drop box at night and wait until the next business day to use those funds which is ridiculous. Catch up guys, this isn’t 2010 anymore. It’s 2024 and as a bank in the business for 70+ years, you’d think they would have priorities straight and update their equipment within reasonable time but that’s not the case with this bank.

I hate this app
I absolutely hate this app. It locks your card and you can’t unlock it when it’s time to use your money. Then they don’t have a 24/7 hour contact service ? I absolutely hate it
