I can not access anything since this update even after updating it and yall shouldn’t have made it to where you can’t use it without updating your phone anyway bc reminder that this is real people’s money and banks we have to know how much we have rn it’s not a option, I’m very disappointed

I abhor the new Bank Independent app.
So many problems since they “upgraded” it a few months ago. It rarely works. You have to clear the app from your recent history to open it again. I’ve had to delete and reinstall the app several times to attempt to get it to work. Honestly, it’s making me consider changing banks entirely. If I could give it negative stars, I would.

Not happy about the upgrade I can longer view online banking statements After years of being able to do it this way . My phone isn’t compatible with ios 16 only 15.8

Why don’t you see your transaction as soon as you made one like I did with the business account
Bill pay
I wish there was bill reminders for bill pay on this apps that would remind me of when a bill was coming due and when it was paid and to whom. I’ve asked about this several times in the bank but no response. Truist has a great setup for this but I enjoy doing business locally. Maybe you guys can somehow give this a look please. Not working
Says I can’t use the app without updating it but I do not have the option to update it. Makes zero sense. Please change it back to normal!

Can not update therefore I cannot check my balance which I guess I could run to the bank and check but kind of defeats the purpose in downloading installing and syncing your account just to not be able to use it please fix

I have been banking with Bank Independent since 2010 when my husband and I moved to this area. I have been extremely happy with the professional and extremely kind services that we have received throughout the years. The tellers are courteous and welcoming each time we’ve visited any of your branches. And the online banking is by far the best. Keep up the great work guys! Respectfully submitted Dianne P.
