Very good app
Yep is great and useful, but I’d really wish it would stop asking me to review it every single time I open it. It’s getting really old.
The worst for mobile deposits
Trying to deposit a check on Redstone’s app is the most insufferable experience you could ever hope for. I have multiple banking apps and the others are simple and quick… not so with RFCU. You’ll lose 20 minutes over your life for every check.

It works but it’s slow
It sometimes tells you how much money you actually have but it’s horribly slow to update and I’m getting random insufficient charges despite having the necessary amount for certain payments

Since yall keep asking! I dislike how long you guys let transactions pend. It almost seems intentional to leave room for overdrafts.

RFCU is great, I cannot say the same for this latest update. The app used run smoothly, now pages load slowly or fail to load at all. Yes, I have tried reinstalling the app and yes, I am using the most updated software on a current iPhone model. I am having to login via the web now which is less frustrating but still both annoying and inconvenient. Please please please undo whatever it is you "fixed!"

For the most part I’m very happy with the Mobile App, its layout is easy to navigate. Sometimes there are issues linking external accounts but overall it I would give it 4.5 stars.

It’s getting annoying having to close out the “rate the app” section every time I open my Redstone App.
Redfcu app has sent me the same review prompt for nearly 2 months.
This is my review in hopes the prompt finally goes away.

My wife and I switch to RFCU about seven years ago and we love the team at Athens branch and can’t beat the rates. Thanks RFCU
I don’t like RFCU
The app use to be so much better, this new update is not good. I don’t like how Redstone puts holds on random checks either. I’ve had a lot of problems with them blocking online Transactions for fraud. I haven’t been able to purchase online in months. No matter the store. I appreciate the effort but it’s too much. Redstone overall is not good but thats who my family has always used so I’ve never swapped. Redstone is just not easy to deal with in any kind of topic.
