Great Credit Union. Professional knowledge friendly staff. Competitive products and programs. Only improvement suggestion is bring Nesbitt Building Maintenance. Inc back. The facilities were much cleaner when they were there.

Delayed in reports. It only emails me after I’ve logged in

I can use it but i gotta close and open 3 to 4 times before i can see my information all when some payments go through they disappear then pop up a couple days later
Return to sender fee
I was charged 5.00 on my account even though I put a temporary change of address at post office. Not happy
Multiple log ins back to back.
Mobile app is good… does what it’s supposed to and easy to use. Only issue I have that is annoying is that I have to log in multiple times back to back because it opens and closes as soon as I log in. Might be a simple bug fix but nonetheless it’s annoying.

This app absolutely SUCKS. I’m switching back to Bank of America because of how HORRIBLE this app is. I’m constantly locked out and never able to move money over because I just get a “please wait” loading screen. I’ve deleted the app 3-4 times now trying to restart it, I’ve updated it, and it just NEVER works on my iPhone. But it’ll work on my husband old iPhone because this app is completely outdated anyways. So now I have completely switch banks because of how unreliable this app is. Thanks EECU!
APP GREAT EXCEPT!!….
Love the function and the display of the app and the layout!. My only concerns are when there’s a transaction made with a debit card in some places it takes a couple days for the transaction to show on your statements…
Crashes
This app crashes all the time, and it’s to the point that it’s affecting our financial security to be able to pay basic bills and things. If we can’t see our expenses and how much we have in our account, how can we manage our lives?

I’ve been using this app for years and had no issues until recently. Now, when I enter my login information it crashes several times before I’m actually able to login.

This app allows for many tasks and provides significant options for the user.
Worst bank app ever
Constantly crashes. Purchased post immediately and then will be removed and disappear in an hour or day- then magically reappear. You can’t trust the balances in the app and have to keep separate records in order to not be charged. Very sus.

App is not reliable
App closes as soon as I log in. It’s glitching. I have to log in 3-4 sometime 5 times for it to let me access my account.
Constant crashing
App crashes almost every single time I try to open it. I have to be quick enough to hit the transfers button for app to stay open. Super annoying and was not my experience when I first got the app.
Great, unless you have a non-US Phone
Great app, unless you have a non-US cell phone carrier. When the Enhanced Security feature requires entering your phone number for verification, it doesn't allow a non-US number, so the app effectively becomes unusable. Residing in the US is not a requirement for having an EECU account, so it makes no sense to restrict the security feature to US phone carriers.

Very often lately since the most recent update, this app has gotten significantly trashier, sometimes when it scans my face to open up it immediately just shuts back down for no reason - I’ve had to do this as many as 7 times in a row
This app sucks
This app sucks at updated an accurate balance… you can easily go over your checking account limit and they charge you if they had to pull money from your savings.
