App Quality Has Never Been Great - Sliding Backwards
This app has never been great, I’ve used it for many years and it went from antiquated to somewhat usable about 5 years ago. Now, this app barely functions. The Zelle partnership means you have to use this app for Zelle and there are constant issues with it. How inconvenient. Likewise, transferring between accounts has becomes less convenient and more frustrating. I would never by choice want to use this, only use it because I have to.
Terrible
I’m trying to make my car payment and certain selection (such as transfer date) is not working.

Sadly, this bank has snuck adds into their app. This was a huge disappointment to see. Really gross.

shoes that there would be zelle on the ad on top but there is no zelle once u follow the instructions.
Crash!
The App Store says minimum is iOS 12. I’m running iOS 12 on one phone and the app crashes. 1 star My other phone has iOS 15 and it works fine. 5 stars Not everyone trades their phone every two years. It might be worthwhile to keep an older version of the app working good for those folks (and my older phone). You averaged 3 stars. Not great. Signed, Long time member
Easy to use
The most recent update actually fixed all the bugs I was worried about with the huge app update. App works great now and super easy to operate.

zelle crashes my app every time i try to use it. stop putting out updates that make the app worse. literally moving backwards smh

The new update is alright, I personally feel like the older version met all of my needs. I used to be able to transfer funds from my checking to my credit card/loan to pay every month, but with this new update, for some reason I’m not able to do that anymore. If there was a fix for this, I would definitely give a better rating!

App is great!! Really wishing there was a budgeting feature. As well as a more in depth income/expense feature. And other financial tools.

Have you ever heard of it ain’t broke don’t fix it? Well that’s exactly what happened to this app.
Not a good app or company.
The app sucks and the company doesn’t care about there customers. But it’s 2025 no company cares about its customers.
Format is irritating
I DO NOT LIKE IT, SAM-I-AM. Instead of showing pending debits as part of the standard listing, I have to tap PENDING, then I see them, but there is no balance following the payment. The old way was BETTER! I saw pending payments at the top with the running calculation of the account balance. I don’t want to need a calculator to do the math—especially if I have several pending payments, and I’m on-the-go. Loan Payoff sounds great, but again, parts are missing. It would be nice if it showed the savings from paying off early (or at least the current loan amount). All it shows is the payoff balance, so again, I’m left needing a calculator. You can do better, DATCU.
Show incorrect balances
Really tired of the way this updated app shows incorrect balances.
Can’t transfer money out to different account
This is the only bank I’ve ever done business with that has no solution for me to transfer funds to an external bank account. Ridiculous that they say pull cash and drive it over. Is this 1995?
App Rarely Works
I would say that I am only able to pay my bill on the app about once every 6 months. It almost never works. Their online services are not much better.
Not great.
Why even bother to add an option to mobile deposit if it NEVER works? Calls to the bank on this matter are incredibly unhelpful as well.
