App keeps glitching
The app keeps glitching, not showing my full balance after a transaction. It takes a couple days. It’s not immediate like it used to be. Also keeps kicking me out every couple of hours and I have to re-login every time. It’s very annoying. I just want to do my baking please when I need to.
HSA account transfer warning
I am not sure I am getting this warning when I am transferring money from my checking account to overdraft account. Please looking into it and correct it. Thanks
Honest opinion
The app sometimes doesn’t open up. It’ll take days sometimes before it decides it wants to open up again. The inconsistency is severe.

Need a different option
I got a new phone and number. I went to update my personal information, including my new number, y’all needed to verify that I am who I say I am. To do that, you sent a code to my old phone. That phone is no longer active. By the grace of God, the text came through, but that’s not a good way to verify if people get a new number.
