New Home Screen is awful
The new home screen is awful. I don’t understand why it had to change and I see many one star reviews that say the same thing. Please revert to the old view. I don’t sign on as frequently and I am considering closing my accounts because the mobile online banking is no longer user-friendly. If I cannot interact with my accounts as I need to, I will just move to another bank.
Letters too small
Fonts too small. In addition to that, I don’t particularly like the changes and see no improvement.
The account summary UI change is horrible
They changed the UI for the account summary and now doesn’t look like the pictures and it’s such a huge downgrade
Need easier navigation
Can’t find where to get bank statements and some things are just difficult to navigate through

Changing layout and view
Why do you change the view and layout? I have to click 3 times to see my total balance. Not to mention I have to click more in depth to transfer money. Where is the option to keep it from updating the layout? This is dumb
Formatting
They recently changed their layout on the app which makes it more difficult to view your accounts, along with transferring money between accounts. Easy to use layout beforehand. Feels purposely more difficult to use. Website/app design team needs a revamp.
OVER 50 YEARS!
I have been a RBFCU member for over 50 years. There have always been other banks-but stability and excellent customer service cannot be advertised… Thank you, employees of RBFCU.

It took me FIFTY MINUTES to make contact with someone in the Fraud Department Shame. Shame!!!! You use to be so much better😢
New UI is hard to read
Why remove the account summary from the main screen? Now you have to tap through to another screen to view your total. Everything has the same weight to it, so the most important information is harder to see — the ads at the top have the most prominence. Strange choices were made with this update
New update changes
Did you really have to shrink the text for available balances on the opening screen pages. Sheesh! Seems like extra clicks to open account views too.

Text is too small
The latest release of the mobile app has text that’s way too small to read. How in the world did this get past testing?
Latest Update tanks functional aspects
The latest update turned all text into a smaller/ thinner lettering that makes navigation and reading it much more difficult. The other update, changed it so only 3 accounts can be viewed on the home page at a time- and nowhere is the total amounts between account displayed anymore unless you navigate several pages away from the home page. All three of these updates decrease the functionality of the entire page/ app

RBFCU has always been there for us , great personal very helpful.
New update account view is horrible
I have no idea why this was changed. Previously had a quick easy view of all my accounts without having to access another menu. This was an unnecessary change that now makes the home Screen substantially more cluttered. Please revert this change.
Super service
My debit card was not reading correctly at the merchants I used. Your bank teller did a superb job in getting it replaced and letting me know details about using it right away.
Worse Than The Old App
This is a backwards move for Randolph Brooks. It is ugly, adds nothing for the user and another reason to change to a local bank down the road rather than having to drive to a credit union location miles away. This credit union has gotten too big to care about the members.

Don’t like the changes.
Total account balance is now under another tab. I liked the way everything was setup before. Now stuck with this new view I don’t like and have to click through things to see what my savings and checking combined is. Thanks for asking the members opinion before doing drastic changes.

Unable to unfreeze debit card via the app
I’ve had an ongoing issue with the app freezing my debit card every year. When I try to unfreeze it through the app, nothing happens, which is extremely frustrating when I’m trying to make a purchase and suddenly can’t use my card. I’ve contacted customer service about this more than once, and I’ve been told that the app can sometimes cause this issue. While customer service has been helpful, it’s frustrating to have to call every time just to unfreeze my card when the app should allow me to do it myself. I really hope this issue gets fixed because having a card unexpectedly stuck in a frozen state is very inconvenient.
