Bugs with IOS 26
Major issues with iOS 26, validation codes take a long time to come, but the apps still logs me in without entering code, this is a security issue, please fix it!!!!!!
Bill pay
The bill pay only shows 7 days up front and you have to click show all to see the rest of the month. Then sometimes it does not show me all and I heave to start over.
Mobile Deposit
Is this feature removed? It is not at the bottom of the app. Or did it move?

I’ve been banking at Credit Human since it was San Antonio Federal Credit Union. I initially started banking there as I purchased a car through a dealer and they financed it through SAFCU. I realized that they were much nicer to deal with and a smaller institution than my bank, I felt the likelihood of my account being scammed would be less likely than at a BOA or Wells Fargo so I moved my checking to them. I have never regretted the decision. I have since been scammed but working with the people at Credit Human made the unfortunate experience, not so much of a nightmare that I’ve heard other people talk about. You’re not just a number at Credit Human. You are still an individual! That’s refreshing in today’s world!
Worst banking app ever
I’ve been with credit human for close to a year now and have had this app since I’ve opened the account . The app is super buggy , there’s always some type of error. I’ve accidentally made extra payments on my mortgage because the app says I there was an error and then minutes later the payments post. Something needs to be done about this .
Ok but
I have banked with them before the name change. The app for the most part is effective. But for some reason the locking and unlocking of card rarely but enough to agitate does not work, like today when offices are closed and I gave a bill due.

Joke
Horrible loan company, avoid at all costs if possible. Refused to work with the GAP provider and I refused to pay money that I shouldn’t owe. This company dropped my credit score a 100 points for their issues. Hope they go bankrupt
Not impressed to either use a app or a computer but not both
App works okay but would like the option to use a pc also Not impressed with closing my nearby branch that had a drive up ATM and now the closest one is 45 minutes in traffic to get to

Credit Human has an excessive number of drawbacks.
Go elsewhere even if the interest rate is slightly higher. 1) The application and online platform are extremely difficult to navigate, making it nearly impossible to find the necessary information. 2) Autopay: I was mistakenly charged four times ($25 each) due to a payment software issue, even though I had sufficient funds in my checking account. 3) Customer service is exceptionally poor, with representatives resorting to hanging up without providing any assistance. 4) I would prefer to pay higher interest rates at a different bank rather than continue dealing with this incompetent service. 5) I paid off my account in full this week to avoid any further interactions with them.

Current balance
The banking app needs improvement. My biggest issue is that pending transactions are not reflected in the current balance. This makes it difficult to know how much money is actually available and can be confusing when managing my account. I would like the app to show a current available balance that includes pending transactions so customers have a more accurate picture of their finances.
