This is somehow even worse than the Credit Human app. Easily the most under designed, bug infested banking app I’ve ever seen
No Lock or Unlock Option
Unlike most banks and credit unions, they don’t have an option to lock or unlock debit card, in case of potential fruad activity.

I never had a problem with the app. It’s fast and easy, the transfers and the smart deposit as well 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Just bad
This app needs a big update. I struggle so much with transfers, payments, balances.
Frustrated
I am completely frustrated with the app on my phone!!!! It keeps telling me there is an error and I’m starting to realize that the error is that I am doing business with the wrong financial institution!!! Get it together! Fix it! Ugh!!!

Worst bank
Literally the worst bank and the worst app. You can never get into the app, it just spins and spins. Always delays. You can’t get an updated balance until hours later. You can’t transfer money on a weekend.
Smart Deposit not Working
The app works well enough overall. The problem I’m running into is that it crashes after I’ve taken a picture of the check’s back when attempting to complete a Smart Deposit. The app pauses on a blank, white screen for several seconds then closes. This is my main use for the app.
Love it
I love this app! Banking done so easily and safely ... Don't have to leave home if I need to deposit a paper check I can deposit it through there Smart Deposit.. Among other useful features that I highly recommend to our members! Excellent and it keeps improving! Thanks Generations!
Useless
Does not update in real time, and it never shows the true available balance. For instance when I’m send money it will not reflect on my balance but it will show up in my transactions… or when I switch money from checking to savings it will not reflect on the balance for a few days, only on the transactions
New App update
Smart deposit needs to be fixed. I’m able to take pictures but then the app crashes. I would’ve like to have saved myself the trip to a sub-branch but unfortunately I’ll have to make time for that. Two stars for some of the new features but it needs a lot of work. It’s really rough right now
Useless. Can't see balance.
It's hard to know what the point of a banking app even is if you can't even see the balance in your account. When it loads, which it often doesn't or takes several minutes to do, there is no ability to see your balance or any of your accounts. If you go to funds transfer, your accounts don't appear in the drop-down menu. Only external accounts. I don't even write reviews for apps. This one is just so bad I thought it was important to tell people and hopefully the developers that their app does not work and they need to get it together. It's slow, It's nonfunctional, it's useless.
Disappointing
I’m disappointed that the quick balance view without logging in has been removed. The colors and layout are not very aesthetically appealing.

Needs a bug update
Every time I try to log on it gives me an error code. Please fix this issue. It's really annoying. Plus it's been a while since there was an actual update for this app.
Buffering
Cannot log into check my accounts. It’s forever buffering. Horrible app.
Disturbing abuse of trust!
Insisting that I obtain an iPhone that supports 16.0 version is astoundingly disturbing! As Generations customer I expect customer-friendly service. I can’t continue with the previous app nor is my iPhone allowed to use this new app. Disturbing betrayal of my trust!
Worst bank app ever
Title says it all. I just generally dislike this bank period but this app does nothing to redeem the bank. I cannot find basic info about my account, charges take a week to clear, I can’t even see what my daily and weekly limit is for Zelle.
