I like Soarion because of the customer service I receive from the tellers at the bank in Del Rio. They are very helpful and consistent in their work
App is not good anymore
All of a sudden the app doesn't sync. I changed settings and now it won't let me save those settings! Junk app now!

Tried to get a loan but, I was unable to get a loan. I’ve been with this bank for a while. And my pay check goes into my bank account every month.

Not only is the app a pain, the credit union as a whole makes it incredibly difficult to get to your own money. I don’t recommend the bank or the app. If you ever need to transfer money to friend or family member, good luck.

Avoid bank at all cost
Switching my auto loan to this bank was the worst decision ever! Do not bank with this company! Customer service is non existent! You will never get any resolution to any concerns about you account or finances. They lie about solving problems. I just left this bank and refinanced my car with capital one. Avoid soarion at all cost!

Wish I was able to print copies of checks (front and back) if necessary - inconvenient to have to call and get a copy emailed from customer service
Sometimes annoying
I sometimes try to login but it says I have the incorrect username or password but I put everything correctly please fix this problem thanks

Terrible New CU
The app reflecting balance is inaccurate and I’m getting reported for left over balances of under $10 to the credit bureaus and no alerts are made. Losing major points on my credit report ever since this CU took over AAFCU! It’s ridiculous. I make my payment on time and a little bit extra of what is shown and I’m still somehow leaving a couple dollars balance which doesn’t make sense. Something is really wrong with this CU. Stay away.
New system
Some of the changes are good but having to reset all of my bill pays and transfers is a big pain. The fact we can’t see checks is irritating. Security seems lax. And categorize items change from one month to the next. We have lost the budget function.
Upgrade
This app hasn’t been updated in a whopping 2 years. Adding up to date features such as Facial Recognition would be helpful vs typing in a password upon every login.

Not a fan of the update app
UGH!!! Red on a white background is hard to read and hard on my eyes. Are you aware that black on white is the easiest to read??? You changed the Bill Pay feature and I had no idea how to schedule a payment. A new look for the app doesn’t mean better.

Not a fan
This app is just extremely annoying. I’ve tried multiple times to link my bank account, but it will Not show up. When I try to link it again, it says I’ve already linked it, but it literally is no where to be found. Starting to regret my decision to go with this CU.

Tried to login and kept flashing
Almost had a seizure trying to login with this application, I think it’s trying to refresh or something but it does it like 40 times/sec and strobes the phone display. iPhone XR iOS 15.6

Poor at best
I wish it did the simple things like “work”. The old app wasn’t great but it worked. After 23 years I my leave Air Force Federal Credit Union because I now longer have a way to check my account.
App doesn’t show how much I owe
This app doesn’t show how much I owe. But it does show much more I can owe. Make this app better by showing the “Ledger Bslance” on the dashboard. Members have to click several times to get that info.
Horrible update
This new update is horrible. I hate that I cannot see pending charges/deposits anymore. The entire feel of the app looks like something a child threw together. I hate it!
Suggestion
Can you guys do like a freeze option or a lock my card option just for safety mesures
The worst app I've ever used in my life
Horrible. Continuously makes me sign back in. I'm trying to update my address and I've legitimately been logged out and forced to log back in at least 12 times (yes I counted) and no I still have not been able to update my address
