I’ve been banking with this bank probably over 20 years. Everyone is professional and courteous. The staff always greets me with a smile and takes care of me every time! Thank you!

When River City Federal credit union makes a mistake. They won’t admit it and they blame you.

Loyal Member since 1980 they now have screwed up policies
I arrived at 5p on Blanco Rd and they closed so I went thru drive thru. They would not accept a deposit over 2500. Because of their policy. I’m changing to Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union tomorrow.
Confusing
This new system is to easy to log in and very hard to understand - the old system was safer with ‘login’ and ‘password’. And much easier to understand. Don’t like new system at all. Don’t like all transactions on one screen, very confusing and hard to track. 🤔

Easier access if you have multiple accounts. Easy to use and easy to find the information you need.

I’m having a hard time understanding all my transactions pending. Not as easy as previous app.
