Go back to the old design
You need to go back to the original design in the app. It is currently very laggy and buggy, and is not seamless the way it used to be. Whenever I click on an account, I have to scroll all the way down past all the account details and buttons to see my actual transactions instead of appearing near the top like it used to. It is silly and rookie developing of the app; there shouldn’t be any options/buttons appearing after the area of the first click on the account, as it can cause the user to misclick things easily and ultimately make changes on accident due to the app’s poor development and design. There was no reason to make it more complicated to look at your transactions. Also now only 3-4 transactions appear at a time, which is a massive headache because it takes forever to look through my transaction history. Edit: The developer will not stop spamming my review since last week. Still does nothing to fix the problem.

Feel Cheated
I have been noticing this bank has been pulling money from my account within a day but taking almost a week to post it in their system, which causing them to get more interest. Also, I made payments earlier and should be a couple months ahead but they don’t do that. There is more to this story and will continue to update this. I need to find another bank. Customer service representatives are nice though.

I have had Firstmark for a couple years and they’ve treated me very well. Every question I’ve had they always had an answer. they answer all my questions in a timely manner and my direct paychecks come in a day earlier everything‘s been great.
App is ok but…
App works ok for online banking etc but the reason it gets one star is because STILL after so many years they refuse to add the feature to use Zelle. One star for ancient technology. Don’t care if they have a p2p ‘feature’ it still requires exchanging sensitive bank info with anyone and everyone. That’s not a feature. Honestly tired of doing business with this CU they’ve never really appreciated my family’s business or treated us right. I might keep my checking account open just due to its age but I’m going to move all my business and loans to another institution that values its clients and is more with the 21st century.

Wishing for improvements for over 10 years
I want access to my full transaction history. Transaction history is cut off every time you change 3rd party online banking providers. This is true for the app and all other electronic means of accessing my account. You don’t send cleared check copies or return cancelled checks anymore, but I still need to refer back to details of posted drafts, as well as all other types of transactions from time to time. **All** other financial institutions I have dealt with, past and present (all the way back to CheckFree in the 1990s before banks had online access), have made my electronic data freely accessible for a minimum of 10 years. That is also a problem for accessing check images of all checks we have written that are cashed at any Firstmark location, as well as at certain merchants (e.g., H-E-B). Those images are **never** available online or in any other digital format (some kind of OCR that lists payee and date check was written as well as the date posted, draft number, and transaction amount. I don’t get hardcopy cancelled checks either. Sometimes my check stubs don’t agree with your posted data…then what? Does the FTC really allow that? I also want to add notes to any posted transaction as I can with my other CU app and online access. I also want to end world hunger, but I doubt any of my wants will come to any satisfactory conclusion.
Replacement card.
My new card never worked and I went in to get it replaced and they want to charge me another $8 to have that taken care of. I told them it won’t swipe! It says cannot read. So I just do without a card and transfer money to my other bank when needed. Other than that Great!

I really love the FirstMark app. It is a timesaver for me to bank online. I can feel secure in my transactions and it's so easy to do.
BUG FIXES
My app isn’t allowing Face ID. everyone I turn it on it turns itself back off. Hopefully this is a problem they fix soon.
Reliable
I have been a FMCU member for over 30 years and will continue because of their reliability and keep up with technology. I enjoy the FMCU app and use frequently. It’s comforting to have quick access to our finances.
This pop up asking for review is annoying

Faithful to this bank
Moved young to San Antonio and needed help to make a life here, no bank would help us, except Firstmark. Started us with a line of credit of $500 and accomplished a lot of things after that. Firstmark will always be our bank.
