This bank should be called Best Bank of Texas. The way they treat customers, and the hoops they jump through to help you is amazing.

Getting in to my account
Getting in to my account is a nightmare on line! A password should be sufficient. There are too many steps to follow! It is redundant. All other things about ANBT are wonderful. The people are great!

worst app and bank ever
it’s absolutely ridiculous that anyone would give this app or bank more then 1 star. the reviews all have to be fake. the only reason i have this bank is because you can open up multiple accounts with no fees. transfers take 4-5 days from external banks. the app lags all the time. you have to constantly be verifying yourself each time you log in. the app is from 2010 guys. nothing is updated. this is the most unuser friendly experience with all of their banks i’ve ever had.
Needs improvement
This app only seems to work during business hours for some reason. Every time I try to log in in the evening or morning it never works. Really inconvenient when your trying to do something like pay a bill or transfer funds first thing in the morning, or before you go to bed. Works fine during the day.
Issues with the app now
Ever since the update the app has not been updating the payments like it use too, it use to take out the payments seconds after they've been made now its taking a full day maybe even longer

Love the mobile deposit, so convenient.
Terrible
This may be the most antiquated and broken user experience I’ve encountered as compared to my other financial institutions. Absolutely awful! Desktop experience is even worse.
Slow to fix
ANB has been a great bank for me over the years. But the fix for printing statements using an iPad is taking a very, very long time to be accomplished. I know that I don’t know all that is involved. I’m just frustrated. Using the website is not as secure as using an app. Having to do this worries me.
Deposit
It was really bad today, I had to redo the picture of the front and back of my check 5 to 6 times to get it to approve it.

Access to statements
It makes no sense that because I want paper bills that I cannot access my statements online.
Doesn’t work at night!
I’ve had no issues with the app but for some reason I cannot login to my account in the evening time! Its very frustrating, I should be able to have access to my account 24/7

Stop asking me to review! I can’t say “later” and you do it later. You ask me in 30 seconds over and over. Not happy.

It simply doesn’t work anymore. Tried every update they come out with, and my login just doesn’t work on the app. Can always log into the website just fine.

It takes multiple taps on the phone screen for back of check image to take. I have had to start over multiple times. B of A has a better system to do deposits.
