Easy Money
Hassle free transfers and deposits. Saves me time from having to stop what I’m doing and head to town to drop off deposits or transfer money to other in house accounts. Absolutely love it!
Left me hanging
Have a recurring issue with my card. Contacted the bank on Friday, they messaged me back saying they would look into it and then left me hanging over the weekend. Now I can’t pay my bill. Thanks Texas bank. You make this disabled guys life harder.
It's fine on iPhone but iPad
App works fine on my phone but on my iPad whenever I want to make a transfer the keyboard doesn't appear please fix this

It’s fine.
As an average banker, I had no issues whatsoever with the old app. This one? It’s caused a few issues. I got signed in (eventually). My husband? Can’t create and access his own account at all. Has tried customer service, has read all of the “how tos” and still cannot get in. Also, learned today that you have to enroll your account for mobile deposit. Wasn’t aware of this and tried to deposit my check only to discover that I now I have to wait for “approval” of the enrollment. Extremely frustrating. I feel there should have been a walk through once you *finally* got signed in of things like that and the text alert re-enrollment… because now I'm sitting here not knowing when it will get approved and needing to deposit my check NOW. Have also seen complaints about the text system not including merchants names. Which feels like a step backwards? I’m sure it’s great for people with loans and mortgages and multiple accounts through Texasbank, and any change like this is bound to cause confusion. Just feels like if you are going to lock people out of the old app and toss them into a new one, the least that could have been done is FAQ page specifically regarding the shift. To answer important questions like, ya know, how long you can expect the enrollment approval to take so you can deposit your checks mobile like you’ve been doing for years prior to this.

Was the weekend card was locked out. Couldn’t reach anyone. Wasn’t able to take my kids to the skating ring not even to go eat. Thanks alot Texas bank. I’ll be swapping banks asap.!
Very easy to use
This app has been easy to use from the get go, I appreciate the ease with which I can pay our mortgage! I wish that there was a receipt sent to me for each time I pay. But other than that, easy to use. And I appreciate I can always get someone pretty quick through email. I see the work y’all do and I appreciate it! J.M.
I’m confused
I understand they made a new app. Before downloading I had to put in my debit card. I thought that was weird, but I just got charged $33.52. So am I getting charged to use this app now? I need the app because I don’t live near this bank and only have this bank to make my mortgage payments. So if this is something normal please someone reply because this is not normal! I don’t appreciate being robbed because I don’t work, it’s my husbands money that provides for our family. If this is a new thing where I’m getting charged every month I will be contacting someone.
Does update at opening
About half the time the app works ok. The other times open right. You get an error message saying can’t update and the info is one day old. This has happened before and I’ve talked to people at the bank. It will start working for a few days or weeks, then right back to error message. Need better IT.

Not an upgrade
The new Texas Bank app is not an upgrade. You are required to go to a second page just to select the account you wish to view. The opening page has info. on all your accounts. Misleading/Not helpful. Not sure what was wrong either their original opp.
