Nightmare
I am having a big problem trying to log into Card valet. I don’t know what has happened recently that I’ve tried to go. Try to see my immediate purchases, but I have not been able to pass the screen that needs a security token. Because Card valet has the last four numbers of my Social Security number attached to my account. Instead of having the last four of my phone number so that I could get the security token so that I can input it inti the fields. I have spoken with Tonderleir Washington and Kathy Hogan and they have not served well at all. They have given me attitude, pride, sarcasm, they have hung up the phone on me , an arrogance & better than attitude. This is the worst Customer Service Federal Credit Union I have ever had.

Not the best banking app
I’ve had this app for quite a while and it doesn’t have a lot of features, it’s really simple but that was ok until now that I’ve been trying to check my balance which I usually use it for that and it doesn’t have that option anymore.
Can’t view balance
I used to love this app because it was super simple and easy to use. Much easier than using the app that’s run with my bank. Unfortunately, about two or so weeks ago the app suddenly stopped showing my balance. No glitch or anything, the option to view balance is just completely gone.
Great App
I have been using this for a few months now and I am very impressed by the quality of the app! I love the fact that it alerts you to a transaction every time you do one!
This app has gone down hill severely
I never leave reviews but this app made me want to throw my phone in anger. It used to be half decent but after now it’s not even that. It’s just flat out bad. The UI is clunky, the app glitches out and refuses to open regularly, and they removed the balance button. That last part is what makes me mad. For the MANY years I’ve used this app it had a button to check your balance. They took that away a while ago for no reason and made the app borderline unusable. What made me write this review is what happened today. I received money via Venmo to get something for a friend. I got the push notification saying $17.69 was added to my account. The total was $17.20. My card declined 3 times. That isn’t the apps fault, however that never would have happened if they HAD A BALANCE BUTTON!!! If you like actually knowing how much money you have don’t get this app. I hope whoever decided to remove the balance button gets removed from the team because that is quite possibly the stupidest decision I’ve seen a BANK APP make. I’m genuinely considering changing banks just so I never have to use this app again because what bank app doesn’t let you see your balance!?!? This one apparently.
No place to pay?
There is no option or a way to pay your credit card. Kinda frustrating
Freezes
7/12/25 Constantly freezes. Turned the phone off then back on app still will not open. Deleted the app & redownload it all still will not open. Still getting notifications but can’t open the app to review. Thank goodness I’m not in a situation where I need to turn my card off or on. Please fix asap
Problem solved
I love this app. I had been using this app for the last couple of years and it’s been great especially when I balance my credit card statements so I can check for missing charges. I am a little disappointed that my financial institution has chosen to stop supporting this app without notifying the members. I do appreciate the response from the app developer to my questions.

Freezes constantly
This freezes constantly on my iphone 14
No direct support
The app has stopped my card after a purchase. Couldn’t use it. The bank said card valet locked it. No way to contact card valet. Another instance, Tried to enter a new card and made a mistake on the security code, no way to correct. Had to delete app and start over. Bank always says to contact card valet. Good while it works..
Something is wrong
I have had this app for years but it seems I can not see my account balance anymore.
Issues regarding old phone number
I’ve had this app before with my old bank account a few years back before I switched to a different bank. I reopened my old one recently, got a new card and they updated my phone number in the system but anytime I try to register as a new user with my new card, it sends a security token to my old phone number which I do not have access too. I’ve contacted my bank 3-4 times about this issue, explained thoroughly, and nothing has been done even after they’ve updated my phone number into the system. How can this issue be resolved

Super slow . Stresses me out when I’m just trying to pay . Tried 5 different times waiting for so long each time. Still waiting 😔
Card valet is a joke!
It’s supposed to protect by putting in the cards of your institution! But alas, I’ve had it for 10 years or more and in that time I’ve spent more time on the phone with my bank or in the bank and none of bank representatives knows how it works! So as a result, I can only put my debit cards on it, not my Credit cards and so I’m half protected! When I try to put them in, it says that they’re already there! The bank can’t figure so it hasn’t worked for 4-5 years! Then I have to put a new password every time I want to use it! So it not effective as a a protection of my accounts!
Stressful
This app crashes a lot. Continues to say waiting on a connection but all my bars are up with a strong connection. This happens way too often.
Hasn’t opened and loaded in since Initially putting card on the app
I put my bank card in the app when I first installed it. Tried to get in the app a second time and it never opened back up again. It stayed on the loading screen well over 30 minutes unchanging.

I like the app when it works. With the latest update I can not check my account balance. Can you change that ? Overall, I like the app.
Terrible
I’ve had this app for a few years now and I’ve had nothing but problems with it. I can’t ever get this app to open. It’s always just thinking thinking thinking. It’s a pain in the a&$ I have tried to uninstall it and reinstall it and it just never opens for you. I’m sick of using it.

App no longer functional
This app hasn’t worked for months… can no longer make card payments to CorTrust Account. Called multiple times but nothing has corrected or updated…
Frustrated
Its a hit or miss on the app getting a secure connection. When it does it’s great. When it doesn’t it takes hours to work.
Crashing
Constantly crashes, unable to sign in and turn card on or off. Freezes frequently and can take hours to start working again.
Yuck
I experienced nothing but trouble after I downloaded this app. I deleted it, but still continued to have trouble because of it.
