Works fine but...
I gave it 5 because it works perfectly fine. The 2 but are: -it doesn't actually do much & -it gives you the option of switching to the banking app, but then tells me it's not installed and dumps me in the app store.
Yep…Useless
Concurring with others, the app is useless. It no longer works and does not connect. You now have to login to their website and go to “Card Center” to set up alerts. Would have been nice for Affinity to notify their customers of this change.
Re-install to get it to work
Like other reviewers for a while the app was telling me “Sorry try again later” instead of letting me log in. I deleted it and reinstalled it, and that fixed the issue
Wonky
This app is just wonky. Every time I try to log in I get the message: “we are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later.” Every. Single. Time.
stopped working
was useful when it worked, stopped working - will not let me log in anymore; that and why does Affinity need TWO apps to get all their functionality going
What’s wrong with iOS?
Thank you developers for this almost seamless app. However, ever time you do an “update” I loose the quick glance option. This is time number 5??, I think. So the uninstall, reinstall only works when it wants to and that is a pain in the backside. If you can stop being mad at iOS that would be so cool. I want it to be the way it was in the beginning. Thank you.
App is useless
The app will not work. I created my account with the code I received from Affinity, received confirmation my login was created but every time I go to login it just spins. I’ve tried uninstalling several times. Not a good look for a financial institution.
No Issues
Registered cards. So far no issues.
No option for an ATM card
All i use is an ATM card. No option for it. Would be nice if there were.

It’s an ok app, could be better.
Its an ok app, when it works it works but when it don’t… it gives you HELL…. Most of the time it always gives me sign in problems with Face ID and manual password input. Then locks the account to the point I have to call affinity and have them fix it which is a major inconvenience.

Tried several times with Affinity Rep on phone could not get past the download, app wont let me log in , just a blank screen , please fix this asap, need access to digital card,

Receiving Money Through Zelle
Someone just sent me $200 through Zelle and I have yet to receive it 😡😡 I thought that money comes faster when I use Zelle 🤔🤔 I should have had the person send me the money through CashApp instead. This is a HUGE INCONVENIENCE!

App stopped working- did not add card to wallet.
Got a code to verify a new card (old one was compromised so they shut it down) and it all seemed to work. It said it added the card to my wallet, all looked good, but it did not add the card. When I went back into the app, it now won’t open. I keep getting error messages. “Can not process at this time”. I even deleted the app and reinstalled it, and got the same message. Useless. So much time wasted on the phone trying to resolve this issue and there are no hours on the weekend to work through this.

The app hardly ever works. It often displays the balance on your card as "N/A". Other times it doesn't even open the account at all. It's so annoying.

Failing update
Since the last update, I can’t verify a card and when trying to, it wants to text or email my wife’s addresses and they are not even in my profile. It says they the AFCU app is not on my device. It is. It won’t recognize my other card. Update gets an “F-“. Tried to call the Service Center. I’m not waiting 15 minutes to talk with you.
Frustrating App issues
Can someone please fix the glitch that forces my credit card and debit card displayed amounts to be replaced with N/A?!?! It is so frustrating. I take public transportation to and from work and sometimes the payment doesn't go through because I can’t tell how much is left on the card since I have a limit set. And the regular app doesn't display an accurate representation of my credit card balance. So this card app is all I have to gauge it. It has happened several times for no reason other than an occasional login issue on the apps end. Finally when I do get to login, the balances switch to N/A. Losing faith in this bank
