This app is absolutely terrible and the company knows it’s bad that’s why they don’t help
Good App
App works well. Needs the ability to select a date range for printing transactions from the accounts within the app. Have to divert to utilizing PC for this feature.

Please stop asking me if I love this app and not giving me the option to not answer. That is rude 😔
Never remembers, but functional
Ever since the last update, this app absolutely REFUSES to remember my device and always asks me to input my password and username every single time. No amount of “remember me” being checkmarked fixes this and I do not understand why. Otherwise it’s a functional app and works for me.

Some of my checks are listed like to the church but online purchase aren’t listed and I wish they were because I do a lot of online shopping
Slow and Laggy
The app has cost me too much in charges. I’ll see a positive balance, so believing I have funds to pay a bill, nothing pending to be deducted. I make a credit card payment, return to the app to my account is in the red, because 2 other bills just appeared that were not showing pending. Tired of this!

I hate this app…it gives me back in the early 00’s vibe when online banking and apps were starting to be introduced…unfortunately it delays updates and your money is never actually what’s available…then you make a purchase and boom your account balance is extremely lower than what you expected or negative…omg and don’t let it be the weekend you might as well stay inside and not use your debit card nor rely on the app 🤧
The new update was bad
I hated that new update. Me and my wife have a joint but we don’t really see each others balance. After the update we are now able to see each others balance and all transactions. Which is not a good thing for me and her.
Account Error
I can’t access my account it says error and been like this for 3 days
Bring back deposits in green font please!
My only complaint about the new update is that the deposits no longer show as a positive(or in green print) it made it easier to keep track of deposits versus my withdrawals.

ABNB was there during the government shut down for me as the federal employee it was the only bank that gave me a good rate in a short term loan very quickly in order to help me pay bills as a government employee who did not receive a paycheck I will always be forever grateful for this bank
