This app stinks!
You enter your password and then it says it will send you a code by phone then nothing happens for minutes. Then I try text a code and I don’t get a text. It has been this way for years!

Unreliable
This app is good when it works, but every other week I have to reset my password because I can’t login due to the system being down, my face activation needs reloaded,Etc etc. also, the updates are always done after hours when no staff is available. I can’t even tell you how many times I have been unable to regain access until a day or two later, and of course it always happens at the most in inopportune times when I’m trying to make a bill payment and then causes me to have a late fee.
Help with new pass word.
Michelle just help me get a new password and walk me through the process. She was a delight to work with, and I’ll request her the next time I mess up, which shouldn’t be long.

Too manny issues
This is the slowest banking app I’ve ever used. It was already slow to load, but after this update it got worse. 60% of the time the app has log in issues. Doesn’t show pending transactions and you can’t even create SubAccounts (holiday accounts) within your own primary account. After using a VPN, this app refuses to open now without vpn running.

Account says update required but it’s not updating and I cannot get access to my account now.
Long term customer
I have been with 1st Advantage long before its current name, and I have been consistently satisfied with them. I have used them for at least 40 years, and I would recommend them to anyone.
Getting an error
Everytime I click "enroll" and make everything, I get an error message everytime. I have tried everything and nothing worked at all. I have became a new member today at the bank and can't even make my own USER ID on the app.
App keeps closing
I feel like I’m going crazy the app keeps automatically closing and I can’t unfreeze my card to do anything because you have to do it all on the app and I can’t do it from the website. This app is driving me crazy. I updated my phone, the app is up to date and I don’t have any viruses or anything. I literally can’t get to my money.
It’s okay
I use it simply to check card transactions and the balance of my accounts. However I have the same issue multiple times where I can not access my account because it “doesn’t remember” my password. This is odd because I have Face ID on the entire time and not to mention I could access it just a few hours ago and come back to being locked out. This seriously needs to get fixed because I know the password I’m typing in isn’t wrong.
Great Service
1st Advantage has superb services and operations. I have been a member since 1977 and I have seen them grow and develop exponentially over those years. They are truly a members organization, dedicated to their owners. I feel confident they will continue to serve their membership owners through providing exceptional leadership and financial services.

App always crashes, sometimes it doesn’t even let me log in.
Desperately needs to be fixed.
So many glitches. It moves slow. App will log you out in the middle of usage. I love 1st Advantage but they have a long long long way to go with their app.

DO NOT USE
This is the worst banking app and credit union I’ve had the displeasure of being a part of. The inconvenience and lack luster customer service is unfortunate. If you get locked out of your account you have to wait for a phone call back, they can’t help you when you call in. What good is having an app if I can’t make any changes on the app and if you’re flagging every move I make as fraud, disrupting my business and money.
Still missing functionality
I’ve been waiting years for this app to get updated properly.. you finally put Face ID in you finally make the main screen user friendly BUT why is it so hard to put in the ability to transfer to external bank accounts ?????? Can’t even log in using a browser on my phone to make an external transfer the option doesn’t exist unless you use a PC.. you’re so far behind the power curve of every other bank out there.. external transfers are needed or the app is useless.. who uses flipping pop money I’ll answer it for you... nobody.. said it before I’ll say it again fire these developers you have and get someone that can actually code an app.. can’t see account information such as 1. Loan dates original and pay off date, can’t see daily accrued interest 2. Can’t request a new card can’t freeze a card can change any information on account, can’t report fraud on card can’t change pin 3 .. doesn’t show pending deposits, can’t set travel plans so you can travel safely without your system picking up weird payments. Basically this app is useless except to look at your balance.. here I’ll help you go make a bank account at navy federal and look at their app. Hire a developer that can actually code a bank system app properly and remake this from scratch it’s horrible
Not working
Every time I try to log in with Face ID, I have to enter my password. Then when I do enter my password it won’t open. Every time, I have to power cycle my phone! This is becoming an issue!

I have had this account for two years and the app never lets me login and when I called for help, they said just use the website. I have an app if it doesn’t work.

I can’t get it to work
This app has not worked for me ever since I switched from a galaxy to an iPhone - 2 years ago. When I go to log in it states “an unknown error has occurred please call this number.” I have called in several times to get assistance to no avail. This does not typically pose an issue as most business I can do with the desktop or mobile web page version. However, since you can only deposit checks via mobile version (for some reason), in the off chance I get a check it is fairly inconvenient as I live out of state.

No update available on App Store. App is inaccessible.
Update now broken
Tried to open, prompted to update now. Sent back to open. Tried without success on two iphones.
App creates loop
In the app, it says an update is required, and has the button to “update now”, but if you hit that, it opens the App Store with 1st Advantage app, but doesn’t say “update”, it just has “open”, so you just end up toggling between the two, and can’t get into the 1st Advantage app.

There is always issues with trying to login, always down. Newest issue it tells me to update the app takes me to App Store… there is no update… wish I could give it no stars
