500 overdraft

Terrible constant problems with app
I only recommend using this bank if you only want your cards to work only half the time! The app is always down and never shows the amount in your account, plus heaven forbid you lock your card cause that will be inaccessible
Software update issue
First Bank’s latest software update from 2 weeks ago has locked me out of the app on my 6th Generation iPad (purchased in 2018) It shows that IOS 18.4 is required for the First Bank app, but my iPad shows that is is current with IOS 17.7.11. I can no longer check my banking info. Since my iPad shows that my IOS version is up-to-date (with automatic updates turned ON), I don’t think reaching out to Apple will help. First Bank should not lock out a customer by requiring a certain IOS version if the device’s IOS version is up-to-date according to Apple. What recourse do I have? HELP!
First Rate
The employees at my branch on US 50 west of Winchester are first rate. ( That’s a coincidence) I say this because I’m an old dude(85) and I need a lot of help a lot of things and they are super helpful and never too busy. Sven
Issues with Debit card and can’t get anyone to help over the weekend
Money in my account and can’t use my debit card! No live chat or call line available until Monday morning when the bank opens
Direct check deposit feature
The feature to upload checks either doesn’t exist on app or it’s very difficult to find.

Balance Frustrations
I do not like that the “Available” balances shown on the dashboard include the “Bounce protection”. That is ridiculous, as it is supposed to be used as a protection against mistakes or for emergency, and so I have to mentally subtract that from all my accounts every time I open the app just to determine what is actually in my accounts. There’s no option to remove that additional fluff from our available balances. Seems like manipulation to get us to use it regularly and end up having to pay additional interest. Frustrating. If they don’t add an option to fix that, I will be switching to another bank.

Like the old app
I preferred the old app. I do not like the way things are listed. I do not like that you have to enter your password when you want to do anything. If you have a number password why should you also have to do the other password. The only good thing is Zelle

Transition
I very very much dislike your new change over. Before I didn’t need to put my username or my password . It really is a very disgusting sign in & and scrolling through what you look for.
