Horrible
By far one of the worst functioning apps I’ve experienced, which is concerning since it’s a banking app. Constantly logging me out where I have to input my password, and even when the password is correct it tells me it’s not (I know this because when this has happened I’ve accessed my account through the desktop website with no problems). Other times I’ll open the app and it does absolutely nothing. No loading, no facial recognition. No login. Nothing. Who built this app?? A child???
Just missing one thing…
Add pending payments to activity section in app.

Constant Logouts
As a credit union, Altura is great. As far as their app goes? It sucks. The worst banking app I’ve ever used. The purpose of apps is convenience and it is insanely INCONVENIENT how I have to login EVERY. SINGLE. TIME I open the app. It freezes and when I transfer funds… just all around bad.
Color
The app is fine to use, I have very little to complain about. One thing I would like to see improved is a better distinction between deposits and withdrawals/payments. Perhaps using color to distinguish between the two (green for deposits and red for withdraws/payments).
User friendly
We love the online services, but feel that the site could be more user friendly.

Not working
I had Altura for a while now but now it doesn’t let me get into the app without it saying “Something went wrong while attempting to send the last request, please try again” i don’t know if there’s an error or maintenance for the app or Altura itself but Id like to see my account balance and transfers thank you and hope this will get fixed soon
Zelle doesn’t work
It’s been several days and Zelle is still not working in the new app update and there apparently is no estimated resolution time. I can’t switch to a different bank as I ca t access the settings. I have pending money I can’t receive. Please resolve this ASAP.
All Black Transactions
It was perfectly fine before the update, I was able to see red color for money going out of the account and green color for money going in. Now doesn’t matter if it’s a withdrawal or deposit it’s all black. It’s a minor detail but it made things easier to look at a glance where my money is going. Please fix this, I’ll rate 5 stars, thank you.
I love my bank
I love altura just add Zelle and it will be perfect
Constantly down/slow
Most times on trying to access the app it’s down. Showing error, transferring is also slow and accounts don’t pop up quick enough. Not sure what’s going on.
Heavy-Handed Security Impedes Use
There needs to be a time out override so the cosumer can keep the program from logging off for up to 30 minutes. I can’t be distracted by the overzealous security features when I’m trying to balance my checkbook. Also, when it does time out, you can’t just log back in. You’ve got to go thorugh multiple steps to quit the application in multi-tasking (which a lot of users don’t know how to do) only then can you use auto-sign-in using the devices biometrics. Vendors want us to use complicated passwords with special characters, etc. but users cannot type these in on a touch screen device. You have to go track down a bluetooth keyboard, spend 20 minutes paring it, then type it in with all of the lower, upper, numeric and special characters. Well, at least they don’t use that gawdawful Captcha.
No landscape mode on IPad Pro with new update
I really like my Altura app but since the new update, it no longer has landscape mode. Please take this into consideration with the next update.
App is slow
The app never wants to load even when I’m on WiFi. Takes forever then kicks you out cuz time request.
Usually great but down
Usually a great app, but has been down as well as online banking for many hours now. Keeps staying disclosures not accepted and won’t login. Please fix.
Horrible app
Altura‘s mobile app has always been subpar. Always difficult to log into and often times not even available. Now I want you to refresh a disclosure before logging in but does not allow you a way to do that. I even deleted the app and downloaded it fresh and still would not allow me to log on. Has that I get an error code telling me to refresh the disclosure and then it does not allow me to do that. I’ve been with Altura for many years and the app has always been terrible.
Glitches
App consistently requires me to fully input username and password despite setting up “remember me” and Face ID. Logs me out at least once a week, sometimes more. Crashes constantly or doesn’t load. It’s been getting worse over the last few months. Not sure what “updates” have been made but not a fan of how it’s impacting my access to the app.

The Altura App is incredibly convenient in accessing my account information. I love the fact that I can use it on the go!

Most recent update ain’t it.
The app has been great up to the most recent update/overhaul of the app. Snapshot was great and would update without having to close the app. Now everytime I want to see and updated amount I have to close the app. And it’s just seems more sluggish now not as smooth. Go back to how it was.

Easy to use online banking app. If you’re a customer you should have it.

What happened to it?
The app was perfect until I was unable to make a payment on my credit card, apparently the amount can’t exceed past $29?! I was able to make a quick payment before the app changed when it comes to making payments. PLEASE fix it.
app is always down
the app always seems to have issues and i receive a screen that’s states system is down please try again later. this consistently happens . it is not good when you need to urgently use your bank app
