CBT App
App not user friendly. Extremely difficult when trying to deposit a check. Taking a picture of a check and centering the account number and endorsement are not easy. I had to go into the branch to make my deposit. Luckily it worked with this one check but with several attempts .

Not the easiest for mobile deposits!
It takes too long if I let the camera take the photo, so most of the time I have to take the photo manually! What’s with the new account activity showing 15numbers instead of the name of vendor?
Depositing a check is a task
The app cannot recognize a check endorsement so you have to try about 7-8 times. From that point it will say that it cannot see the corner of the check so you must tape them down. After another 5-6 tries your check will be accepted (if you’re lucky) I deposit at the branch usually because it’s faster than the app 🤣

Always an ease with them. I’m with this bank for 10 years and plan on staying. Great service and like family to me

One star rating because I tried to deposit my check any rejected saying it’s over my limit. Nonsense. I already signed the Back also.
Everything is a hassle with this app!
Can’t log in to app, says “invalid user credentials “ but when I use the internet I can log in just fine. Tried to use Zelle, I’m able to send money but can’t receive it. Starting to regret using this bank and might just go to another one.
Older was better
All the new update is not better. Monthly statement is now harder to access. Combined all transactions is more confusing, when trying to balancing checking. Go back to old system.
Online banking
I’ve talked to a customer service (girl’s name is Lynn Werge) she walked me through the steps for accessing my online banking and despite my computer semi-illiteracy I was able to get it done easily. I really appreciate her insistence and care to make sure I’m able to do what I needed. I moved to another state where is no office of CTB, but I plan to keep my account, because this bank’s customer service is the best I experienced (not only today’s operation) and there was no problem that I was not able to solve, so thank you.
Not useable
The app is useless. Does not work.
What happened to facial recognition feature for login?
Was active and using till application was upgraded.
Personal service
Our local branch of CB&T is exceptional for its personal attention to customers . It operates as a neighborhood bank, knows most customers by first name, provides notary and other services and has a great community reputation.
App dosent allow payments
I can’t make my Heloc payments. App have a monthly payment option.
Mobile banking
Mobil banking does not work about 20% of the time. It does not recognize signature endorsements!
No more running balance?
Now when I go to the app It has no running balance? Also m daughter was at my house today,she zilled me 200.00 for my Bda..it is now next day & still does not show on app? So I called the 24 hour number to get my balance & after I enter m info,it said we are closed,call back during hours opened? HUH? I have been with this bank 24+ years& this so called New Update is a joke.
Capturing images does not work consistently
When I enrolled with Ca Bank & Trust I thought that all the problems with my previous bank would be a problem of the past… was I wrong? CA Bank&Trust has a bigger issue than I’ve ever experienced with my old banking institution. Not being able to remote deposit a check seamlessly is frustrating…
Future transaction
CBT is great after the takeover from First Bank. What is doesn’t have is future transactions or deposits. That would be a nice touch.
Terrible
The newest update makes it hard to see what your transactions are on your phone. You will not know who they are paying because all you see is numbers and the word purchase. Every entry should be clear. I’ve reported things because I didn’t know what it said. Until I can ready where my money is going I’m gonna keep reporting.
Error code 1003
I haven’t been able to log on for the past 3 days and it continues to say error code 1003
Horrible Bank App
This app always gives me trouble. Doesn’t load properly. Somehow shut off certain portions of the app and gives me an “error” message. I am not even a year into this bank and am so unhappy. I’m so sad that FirstBank transferred to this bank!! I had been with FirstBank for years and very much appreciated their 24-hr customer service and assistance, especially for somebody who travels during different tome zones. This bank downgraded terribly.

New app view is awful
Been with cal B&T for many years and they just switched the look of their app and when you view your transactions all you see are the transaction numbers and not what it’s for. You have to actually click on the transaction to see what was paid out (e.g., Amazon, Uber, etc). Probably ok if you're using a device other than a mobile phone. It’s ridiculous and needs to be fixed. Guess whoever created the app forgot it’s supposed to be a MOBILE APP, many of us use our phones to bank. Duh. So annoying could make me actually take the painful step of switching banks.

New update useless
Well it's been one day since their newest update and now I have to keep checking "save user name" each time I sign in. This is getting ridiculous plus no way to freeze your card/lock your card etc. still like every other banking app. These people are so behind the times it's not even funny

Not a fan of new update
This new update is really bad. It won’t let me use it in Landscape mode like the previous version. In looking at my transactions, it doesn’t show where they’ve been made, except I have to click on each one, each time, to see it. Then it takes me back to start page. It requires more of my time. The older version was far more efficient and easier. Hope you make more changes, this really isn’t a good update to the app at all.
