I am unable to get the app to load since the last apple update. I have emailed the support a few days ago and still am unable to use the app.

I can’t check my balance because I need an update that is not there.

This would be the perfect bank IF you could get assistance everyday and night when you need it the most they are closed and you can leave a message yet the fraud people can call you at all hours of the night… it should go both ways for the best customer service!!!

Update doesn’t work
My app was working fine then all the sudden I get the message that the app needs an update. I try to update it and it won’t even update. It send me back to the screen to open the app. I can’t even get on the app now to access my account.

App is proven for Apple users
App is still broken. Apple users are unable to view app. It just opens then completely crashes and closes out the app. Can’t login to online banking or see account. Please fix! This has been going on for a week now!

Just keeps saying it can’t validate my information even when bank personnel set it up for me.

Updated the new version of I phone and now the bank app won’t open at all called the bank said they are aware of the issue but don’t know when it will be fixed. It’s been down for weeks now!

Please update to be compatible with latest iOS update. This is a known issue and should at least be acknowledged with an update on your webpage that it’s being dealt with. Unfortunately, logging into account through mobile browser is also not working (neither with safari nor chrome). Please fix!
Disappointed
I’ve been using this app for a while with no issues but recently the Touch ID feature quit working. Like I said, disappointed.
